(Every other person we emailed for a quote did the same. None came to visit, and with COVID I was cool with that.) His quote was consistent with most of the other highly rated folk we reached out to for quotes. What set him apart was his clear emails with detailed pricing. It was clear that he knew painting was expensive, and people imagine doing everything at once and think of it as all-or-nothing. His pricing model showed it was some-at-a-time. (We did go all in though :) ) He was very responsive on email and answered questions from the mundane to the esoteric with patience and clarity. He came the day before the job was supposed to start to drop off supplies and map out everything that was should happen with me and his team. His team was great, polite, and professional. The speed and quality of the work was amazing. Everyone was happy to answer questions and explain what was happening. For me, the true test was with an accident that happened. Relatively minor, but Damian took full ownership and made it right without any discussion. That is how you do it. He gave great advice throughout the process, and respected what I needed. Have already asked for quotes on additional spaces in the house. Highly recommend.

He even finished a day earlier than the quoted turnaround so I can make my hard deadline. Lexington painting did not sacrifice quality even with the short turn. The painting was smooth and even, and covered up the dark grey accent walls left by the previous owner. Even though it took more coats that originally quoted, Spiro did not charge me extra. Finally, the communication was excellent. Karen provided COIs and multiple SOWs quickly, and Spiro either texted or called to explain everything to ensure I was comfortable with the job. Would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

We closed on a 2-bedroom unit which was in good condition, but certainly needed a bit of TLC. From meeting Alvy, as well as through multiple conversations prior to day 1, Alvy was very responsive and very honest in his professional opinions/advice. We hired them to get started during holiday week, in which they recommended we mark areas for them to address during the process. Alvy and his father began setting up/prepping 12/24, and we just saw the finished product yesterday for the year end 2019. Our expectations were all met and highly exceeded: from top to bottom ceiling, walls, base trims, and closets- it was everything we imagined for our new home. Alvy and his team also clean up the best that they could- and to be honest, it looked much better and cleaner than when we first got the unit!
