Sergio came our, quoted the job and told us about his business and after comparing the quotes we realized that Sergios was very competitive. So we hired him and his team. They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and worked on the chimney by power washing it. I was not home at the time, but I received a notification that the job was done and that I could pay. I told him I wouldn't pay until I saw a photograph of the work. At that point he told me they did not repair the brick (not sure why, as that was the whole point of the job.) I am not sure why. They came back and added mortar over the crumbling rock instead of removing the old mortar. It does not look neat and smooth as it does in their promotional photos. The power washing was done very well but I question whether this company actually has the 25 years of masonry experience that they say they do. Make sure you discuss the job throughly with any repair person you work with and understand the process. I think the quotes I got from other companies were extreme for this type of work, I think it might be better to go with a more established company. Wow they had me pay with a check and make the name out to the owner as opposed to a company name so might be avoiding's taxes as well.
