I was first introduced to Jessi through a free community yoga night at the studio and was immediately impressed with her demeanor and style of instruction. I have also done a life coaching session with Jessi. Jessi has a very calm and nurturing style of yoga instruction. She guides students to stretch themselves , to 'find your edge' in the poses. She gives encouraging verbal and gentle physical guidance in correct form (for your body) in the poses. She reminds students to look/focus inside as they move through the class-- to see personal needs for growth and trust their inner guidance. She makes it clear students should move at their own pace, resting as needed, which is wonderful for me as a relative yoga newbie. Attending her classes leaves me peacefully revitalized and is among the highlights of my week. Her life coaching has a similarly gentle-yet-stretching feel to it. There she helped me focus in on what positive things I am seeking in my life and what I may be doing to block my success in those areas. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. Lily remembered me from previous sessions years prior. She gave me a tour of the space, and told me about some upcoming things happening in the same building I may be interested in. Upon entering the therapy room, everything was welcoming and comfortable. Lily had snacks and drinks if I was interested, and we sat down to chat and find out what my body needed to feel better. After some conversation, we had it figured out and it was time for the massage. When Lily returned to the room, everything was set for relaxing. There was great, relaxing music playing in the background, and the room was dark and the table comfortable. I schedule a 90 minute massage, and Lily takes time before starting to make sure she is ready to help you feel better. That is not taken out of your 90 minutes, so don't worry if she is asking questions before she starts. Lily is great at knowing what is needed to relax your muscles and help you relax in general. She will keep in communication to make sure the pressure isn't too much, or too little. After 90 minutes, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated without question. Lily's pricing is excellent and worth every penny. She obviously cares about helping everybody feel better and leave with a relaxed body and mind.

I have multiple chronic issues that include neck problems and a back condition that cause me a great deal of discomfort. One of Sondra's many strengths is that she is willing to take direction, which is important to me as my conditions fluctuate and what might work one visit won't work the next.
