It's not just staffing issues, as medication refills are typically partial making it necessary to make 2-3 trips to the pharmacy to get the total prescription. This is clearly not an issue with staff, but management who is trying to have minimal staff to save money. I'd highly encourage everyone to move their prescriptions to Amazon and have them delivered. What was once an incredibly frustrating experience 2-3 times a month is now something I no longer think about and is stress-free. Based off of the other reviews, pharmacy issues seems to be a theme here.

I've previously been at the damen location where they pick up their phones within 10 minutes. The issue is my doctor keeps sending my prescriptions to that CVS even though I don't live close. Nearly every single time I call this place, i'm on hold for 45min or so before I give up and just hang up. I don't even know why I bother. I have no clue how this place even stays afloat.

Their only drawbacks are shorter hours than the big stores, and they are not part of that (terrible) iPledge program, so if you need isotretinoin, aka Accutane, you'll have to go to one of the chains.

I'm sure there's theft and the new design (kiosks only) helps prevent that.. but you have to actually create decent sized kiosks (not these stupid 10" tablets) and make sure the software if perfect before you release it. I checked in and everything just for them to say no to me which I questioned "if they were closed why didn't they close the pharmacy doors". That's not how a pharmacy should operate--people rely on this place for medications, not excuses. Staff showed zero accountability and didn't care at all about the situation. If you value your time or need reliable service, avoid this location. They move extremely slow and don't fill medications within proper timing. This was a complete failure of basic customer service.
