One lady in particular -- incredibly rude, clearly hates her job, lies to customers ("We don't have a way to check on that" when they *absolutely* do.) She might be eligible for disability because her personally is so bad. And that would be good for everyone because there would be a nasty little troll getting in the way of people just trying to take care of themselves. CVS Corporate: I say this in the most sincere and helpful way possibly: you *very* seriously need to either retrain or replace that lady. She's a true liability. Seems like other Yelpers have encountered her too and I didn't catch her name but, when you go in there, it takes all of two second to figure out who I'm taking about. You can even hear it when she answers the phone. People go to a pharmacy because they are sick or in pain or need maintenance meds to stay healthy. Employees are supposed to remove friction, not create it. This woman is bringing the misery of her personal life to work and getting paid for it. The one on 79th was actually decent before they closed. I'll never go to this one again.
