Very friendly and cordial- I knew immediately he was a pro at towing and not just a guy doing it on the sly for some extra scratch. Loaded my car onto his trailer and was off within 10 minutes. Edgar dropped it off at the dealership without me having to be there, which I thought was a nice touch. Great service and his prices are unmatched by anyone else in town- I'd recommend this business without hesitation.

God forbid you need a towing service while in Bakersfield call these guys. My daughter's car had a power steering failure and needed to be towed. In 31 minutes German was there meeting my wife and had the car on the truck in 10 mins on a busy street. I met him at the auto shop after hours and German stayed there helping to ensure we had placed the car in the best position for the shop to deal with in the morning. German was as authentic and professional as they come and I genuinely appreciate the follow through. Having car issues can be stressful enough so folks like German make the situation palatable. I highly recommend these guys and hope they have a few more like German on their staff.
