When the fries arrived, they were all coated in ketchup and were incredibly soggy. I've never seen a restaurant drizzle ketchup on fries like that! When we called, they told us we could come back to pick up a new order of fries. We told them we don't live close and it's snowing, so we'd just prefer a refund. They told us we'd need to come in for them to process the refund. I've never had to do that at any other establishment.
