This experience reinforces why we have left positive reviews of this store in the past. We recently had an issue with an area rug about 2 months earlier. We contacted Ed at the Scottsdale store who was extremely accommodating and allowed us to exchange the rug with absolutely no hassles. We went to the Chandler location where Sean there was incredibly pleasant, patient, and helpful in finding the perfect replace. AZ Rug Company has beautiful rugs and outstanding customer service. Many thanks to Ed and Sean!

Arizona Rug Company Nov 22, 2025…read more What a pleasure it was to work with Arizona Rug Co. We visited both of their stores in the greater Scottsdale area looking for an authentic Native American area rug. The salespeople at both stores were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, without applying any pressure. It was a wonderful experience. We saw several rugs that we liked in both stores, but it is difficult to envision them in your home with your furniture and the interior colors of your room. No problem: they offered to bring all four rugs to our home the next day (Sunday) to see how they looked in our living room. The owner, Ed, and his two helpers, showed up on time and laid all four rugs out in the allotted space so that we could compare them, side by side. Who does that? They do! Needless to say, we loved one of the rugs and purchased it. They even took our old rug away. We would highly recommend their service which is based on knowledge and years of experience. What a GREAT job…read more We have our Persian rugs cleaned every few years, and we were always happy until we saw how good they looked after having them cleaned here. Not only did he point out where the edges had been damaged (the others did not do that). When we picked the rugs up you could not see where the repairs were made. The rugs were also ready in less time than promised. We think the rugs may look better that when we first purchased them (decades ago), because the colors were now so brilliant. Thank you so much for the fabulous workmanship We will go back.
