I had put it off for a little over a year and finally resigned to having it pulled and grafted for an implant. When I finally decided to have it pulled, I scheduled it out later in the year in order to get the most benefit from my insurance. I did have some out of pocket expense, and in the 8 or so months before the procedure, I had called Dr. Du's office to get some clarify on what monies would be due and when. The two or three times I talked to his staff, they were incredibly helpful and walked me through the process and timing with patience and clarity. A few days before the extraction, Dr Du's office called in scripts for relaxation during the procedure, pain post op and to stave off any infection. The scripts arrived a few days before my procedure so I would be ready to go on extraction day. I was completely blown away at how quick and easy Dr Du extracted the tooth, and I felt absolutely NOTHING during the procedure, and post op. I followed their directions and recommendations to keep the any swelling down and to keep from getting an infection and had zero issues. No pain or swelling whatsoever. I am now a little over a month post op and just waiting for the bone graft to do its thing to have the implant installed next year. I very highly recommend Dr. Du. He and his staff are top notch! You will be in good hands!

I had never had a cavity in my life before. I had an X-Ray done the year before which also showed I had no cavities at that time; I was very surprised that I could have developed nine cavities in under a year with no change in hygiene habits. After the appointment, Dr. Tran sent me an estimate indicating I had not nine but ten cavities. I decided to get a second opinion at a recommended local dentist because of these inconsistencies and had a very different experience. They were much more thorough, and let me know I had only two cavities which they described as being in the very beginning stages. Their explanation of things and layout of treatment plan was far more in-depth, and I felt much more comfortable with their care. It seems as if someone else has left a review indicating a similar experience of being told they had many cavities and upon a second opinion, none were found.

She just takes pride in her work and brings in a level of humanity I've not experienced before. There was no Doc wait time, which they said was why. Johnson is nice enough and experienced . The volume of service just too much eliteness for me and customer concerns should be respected and not glossed over. I'm guessing they've never been criticized or able to learn from those disgruntled not being fully served. They should have called me the next day and rescheduled a partial cleaning. We're moving to another less high tech volume , more people oriented practice.

I needed a hole in my tooth filled in. I felt all they did was strayed air and said they covered it. Before receiving services I mention to the front desk before doing any procedures I needed to know if there was charges. Well no one notified me and ended up with a bill which my tooth was never taken care of. The front desk lady response was " if you don't pay it I'll send you to collections" never did I say I wasn't going to pay it. The uncomfortableness I experienced with the women in this office was concerning. If you are looking for a dentist to trust Paul Johnson and Kimberly Anderson have been the BEST dental place/practices you go to!
