Total face-to-face time was no more than 5 minutes. Asked for the additional fee to be waived given the time I had to wait and my prepayment. It was denied. Afterward I looked at the yelp reviews and I see that the longer than acceptable wait times are not uncommon. If you come anyway, be sure to bring a book.
