I needed help ASAP - yard needed water for pots, bird bath, flowers. Seth came out bright and early the day I needed him and headed back to the spigot. Five minutes later, he said, "I fixed it". What?? It was the pressure valve on the top had gotten cattywockered (is that a word?). He made it all better - even demonstrating how it should look under the cap (in case I somehow mess it up again). And, no charge! He spent scheduling time and gas to come fix this! Gave me his business card and left me with a big smile. Don't find this kindness often. So thankful. Highly recommend for this company (we will be calling them for the spigot replacement - it is getting old)!

Thankfully Mitchell Plumbing answered! They said they wouldn't be able to fit us in that evening but would come by to assess the problem and be back in the morning with any needed parts. They stopped by on their way home and checked out our problem. They arrived the next morning, with the parts needed, replaced a valve and replaced some copper pipe going to the hot water heater. They did a good job, arrived when they said they would, and they were friendly. The cost was around 200 bucks and well worth it.

Well I get a sewer guy out here and he says no it's not a sewer problem. It is main pipe issue. The sewer guy is nice enough to snake the main line twice. Unfortunately that didn't help. If Mitchell did the complete Job and tried to figure out what was going wrong, I wouldn'tbe having to deal with a toilet that won't flush and a backup in my shower.
