I got quotes from both places and the other place quoted $100 more than Allatoona Towing. Also, 'AT' shared their formula for calculating what they charge... I like that So the other place had a decently fancy website and offered the option to text, not just call... that seemed cool. But I don't see those 'perks' added up to $100 difference. Tim was awesome! Answered my call promptly, let me know the basic info, and said we could touch base again the following week to nail down the schedule for a pickup. Tim drove really great, solid driving performance and tie down too... keeping my car secured on his flat bed... didn't move an inch. I waited for over an hour and nothing. My boyfriend called and said that he came by didn't see any lights on so he left. He didn't knock on the door or anything since I am always home. We called again so he came back and was charged $25 since "there was no customer" the first time he came. He was lazy the first time, when he simply could've gotten out of the truck come and knocked on the door to truly see if anyone was home. I went ahead and payed it but I should not have been charged for the laziness of the driver. Overall I was charged $300. And $100 of that was for the dolly cause the car wouldn't start and unlock the tires even tho I did attempt to put it in neutral.

They charged her $400.00 for the call out, $125.00 for the clean-up and $65.00 for fuel charge. There was no clean-up involved. However, because he got his broom out, he charged for it. I called the owner Keith Carlile, and he did remove the $65.00 for fuel charge from the cost. He stated he could do nothing else to help her out. I can't say enough good things about G&C Towing and its owners! The battery on my car died and even…read morethough someone else had jumped it, my car still wouldn't start. When I called G&C, they were able to come right away. Although I expected them to tow me to a car repair shop, they were able to diagnose the problem and towed me to a nearby auto parts store instead. They bought the part, installed it, and had me on my way in just a few minutes. The car works perfectly and the battery is now charged. They even checked on me later to make sure I had been able to get home safely. These are GOOD PEOPLE, and I will call them every time I need a tow in the future. I highly recommend them! Any towing company can tow a broken car, but G&C went above and beyond!
