Hi Arielle! I actually was very unhappy once I saw my hair blow dried. I didn't say anything because I guess, I don't know, I didn't want to make you feel bad or be rude.. so I said thank you and that it was nice and left. I didn't follow up with you and go back to have it fixed because I didn't want to go somewhere that had given me poor results to begin with. With all due respect, I didn't see it as a rational or logical thing to do. I know I had box dye in my hair but the color itself wasn't the entire problem. The blending wasn't done well and I had significant demarcation in multiple spots, including the front pieces. I recognize at home color jobs with box dye make result unpredictable, but I have had other stylists accomplish good work despite that. I didn't have unrealistic expectations, but I did expect a quality result for the money I paid. I had other stylists I went to give me similar feedback to my own so I know I'm not being unrealistic. Arielle was amazing! My goal was to get warm honey ombré/balayage, we reached a ashy blonde with warm strands (due to having red dye that didn't want to lift) At first I did not like the ashy blonde look I wanted it to be warmer. Arielle offered me to come in to fix the warm spots and go warmer if I wanted. I went it the second time and told her not to go warmer that I LOVED the ashy look. She was very easy going and very passionate about her work. I also received a haircut and loved it as well. As far as conversation goes, Arielle has great interpersonal skills. Might seem like an odd thing to include in a review but if you are not keen on chatting during your styling, Arielle will make you feel comfortable.
