The came out the next day and took the parts that needed rebuilt and rein that afternoon but we couldn't get back in time for them to come. We called AgPro and we're told that they would pickup & repair because it was still under warranty. My husband told them what was wrong. He would have done it but couldn't get the belt back on. After they looked at it they sent us a text that said, $297 plus pickup of $200 and the mower is "NOT" Under warranty. The capitalized "NOT" because they know they told us it was. They also know they sold it to us with loose belts. We decided to pickup and not have them do the repair, we're stilled charged $99 for the diagnostic that we told them was the issue. Sign posted inside says diagnostic is $65. When I asked Chandler why we were being charged $99. He said they did additional. My husband told them the issue. We were going to purchase our mower trailer from them and when we were ready for our zero turn we had planned to get that from them too. But we will never return to AgPro in Valdosta again.

My friend bought a gun online paid but had to go into store for background check.
