It's hard to believe that this BEAUTIFUL kitchen belongs to us! Since we had burned by contractors for other jobs in the past, I did my due diligence. Craft was recommended to me by a friend, but I still checked with references and got honest feedback from their past clients. Fortunately, Craft delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to others without ANY hesitation. Our project required architectural plans and structural engineering as we needed to remove walls. The timeline Craft gave us was adhered to and weekly communication kept us apprised of what work would be done each week. The crew was highly skilled, friendly, and clean. Since we were still living in the home during the remodel, we appreciated the crew's cleanliness and accommodations. Craft brought in expert craftsmen to build our cabinetry and fabricate our stone; both of whom were willing to customize our kitchen with unique touches specific to our requests. When questions arose, Chris and Jennifer addressed them immediately or patiently awaited our decisions. The two of them are a WINNING TEAM and were always willing to listen to our ideas and brought our dreams to fruition! They truly aim to please and care about their clients. We tried the fuses but nothing was working so we did a Google search to find some local 24 electricians. After a few unsuccessful conversations with other electricians we tried JT and Dirk answered and instead of trying to charge us over $400 like some of the others, he actually asked some questions and walked me through fixing a tripped breaker. He was very patient with me and I was able to send a photo and he saw the problem quickly and had me fix it. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me during this difficult time. I now know who to call and use when an electrical issue comes up or when we need some additional electrical work on our property. He is local and was extremely helpful! Just moved in and was able to get one of our TVs mounted right away. Booking was super smooth - was…read moreable to just text message their rep and schedule for someone to come install within a week, right within my preferred date/time (seems like they have pretty flexible availability). Installation was super quick - probably only took about 15 minutes or so. Andrei was professional and courteous, and was also able to provide me with another mount on the spot (just for an extra $30) after finding out the mount I had provided was actually missing a part. Also added on some cable covers for just $20!
