When I contacted the owner, he offered to pay to have the window repaired if we found a repair person. Repaired the window and have been waiting for over a month for reimbursement. Contacted the company after two weeks and was told payment had been sent. Never received and the owner said he would issue another check. After another week I contacted the owner again and he responded "he forgot" and said he would drop off a check. Another week has passed and still no check. Very disappointing.
