You can't get any better service than her. It's got a reasonably good atmosphere. While slightly cramped, it's nothing you can't easily move around in. As for their product selection, it's pretty large. I felt like they covered all major holidays/events, with reasonable prices. My Mom and I went in about an hour before closing, and still got great service plus the products we needed. Overall, it's a small party store with the party supplies you need, and an employee who will raise your mood just from conversing with her.

I called Lighter Than Air. He pointed out that it's on the website that colors may be substituted....and sure enough, it is. They didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't read all the way down to see that I needed to call if I wanted to be specific about color. My bad.
