These folks were so easy to work with and I got exactly what I wanted! I wanted balloons to decorate for a celebration of my first year in business. They created cute little bunches of balloons that were just perfect! I knew I wanted a mix of mostly blue and white balloons with one orange one for fun. They staggered the height of the balloons so each bunch looked very nice and provided weights wrapped in fun sparkly paper/plastic. They delivered on time to the Event location and everything about working with them was a breeze. I will definitely go back for all my future balloon needs! read more

Wanted balloons for my husbands birthday at the office. Talked to Ron about what I was thinking. We exchanged photos of ideas, but I left it up to Ron to make all the decisions. He listened, and came up with exactly what I had in mind. If you want just some balloons on ribbon, there are places cheaper I expect. But I was looking for an arrangement of balloons, with more intention, and that is exactly what I got. Without having to do it myself! Big kudos!!! read more

What a lovely thoughtful gentleman. I really loved the balloon bouquet he put together. Sent several pictures so I could see it from all sides. My grandson who is very ill truly loved them and they made his day. Putting a smile on his face was worth the Haarlem of finding a great balloon experience with Balloons On Broadway. Thanks you Ron! read more

Think ordering balloons for a birthday would be a relatively simple process? We wanted a dozen balloons to be delivered but needed to exchange several emails with Ron, the owner, before finally understanding what Balloons On Broadway actually offers and charges. To begin, though Balloons On Broadway's misleading website clearly states that delivery to our zip code would be $10, one of Ron's many emails (all ordering is done through email) informed us that the $10 charge was meant only for one of his specials, not a delivery of balloons. Huh? Our actual delivery charge would be $20, twice the advertised amount. Why not be upfront about actual delivery charges? In addition we were told that we couldn't order only a dozen balloons. The minimum number to be delivered would have to be at least two dozen. Again, why not tell the potential customer this from the beginning? As for the balloons, they're clearly pricey -- $2.50 each, $2.75 each with Hi-Float. Competitors offer balloons filled with Hi-Float for under two dollars. After the lengthy email exchange we stuck with our order and paid for the extras, but we certainly won't do business with Balloons On Broadway again. read more

This custom balloon garland and extra large balloons were the perfect touch to a Baby Shower Parade. Ron was super to work with on the vision of this special day. Delivery by a masked staff person to Vancouver, WA was on time--and she took her time to set up and made sure the garland was securely fastened on to the giant letters. Will be sending more orders your way! Thank you Ron! read more

What a great experience!! I emailed this company with my ideas for a baby shower balloon arch, and I got a quick response. They completed understood my vision. We went back and forth a few times with photos and set on price (which was very reasonable). The day of my daughter's baby shower, they showed up right on time and the balloon arch was EXACTLY what I had envisioned. I would definitely use them again. read more

OK, I don't often yelp and I never give bad reviews but this needs to be said. I spent forever trying to navigate there sticky, very outdated web site that looks very amateurish. OK, maybe because I live in LA and I'm accustomed to things looking a little more professional.. actually no. It's just sad and outdated, but that's not the issue. I read more

They have great service. Ron was very accommodating with my needs and I'm glad I used Balloons on Broadway for my balloon delivery. However, being an LA native (with very plentiful balloon delivery services) I felt like the balloons were on the pricier side. read more

Thank you for top-notch customer service!! I had some misunderstanding about the timeline of delivery and NaVarre and the team did a FANTASTIC job for things to go smooth and fast. I would definitely work with you again! read more

Very helpful creating what we were looking for. Easy to work with! Will definitely use again.

Great place, better prices than flowers, and Ron is super nice guy. He is definitely an experienced customer service master. I've taken a few customer service classes and this guy is top notch. But Ron will stick to his guns when you talk about buying a smaller quantity of balloons than 24. He only delivers balloons in 24 count bundles. He was willing to deliver fewer balloons for the same price, usually something that ticks me off. (Less product for same price) but he did throw in some spray that extends the life of the balloons and was super apologetic. Whatever. I'm just enjoying the fact that I can send my hottie fiance' some balloons. If you can find someone else to do it for cheaper and on a moments notice you let me know ;) read more

They had two months to get delivery information for our wedding and waited till the day of to email my wife to get info. This is after they received payment. Emailing the bride to be on her wedding day is no way to get information. They then refused to refund us all of our money, but instead offered us half. Then they couldn't figure out how to refund us so they gave us credit... Why would I want credit to your business after you failed to provide good service. I strongly recommend to anyone to look for a different company read more

My daughter just graduated from U of O. I found this company after another local company said they were not sure they could take a reservation 3 weeks in advance for the special colors(yellow & green). I was shocked, but am SO happy as this was SO much better than a bunch of balloons. Ron was creative and so easy to work with. I was so happy with our main balloon bouquet! It had color, shine and balloons inside balloons. It was more than I hoped for. He delivered the balloons and even tied the big ones to our mailbox. read more

They put together 2x amazing graduation balloon bouquets for my son. Delivery was on time and they wore masks. Appreciate it!

Great personal service. I wanted balloons for my granddaughter's birthday. She lives in Vancouver, WA and I live in the other Washington on the East Coast. And there would be no party in CoVid time. So I ordered the 6 foot balloon because there was going to be a drive by 2 days after her birthday dinner. The balloon was perfect, she loved it and it was still a tall balloon, not quite 6 foot for the drive by, but large enough so that a pizza driver, mail man and police man saw it and gave her a big honking congratulations before the drive by from her friends started! So thank you Ron, she had a wonderful birthday and said her balloon was the bestest! YOU were the best! Next West Coast birthday. -- November. This time I'll give you more notice.......and not call you at the break of dawn on the day of...... read more

We needed balloons for a prom and graduation ceremony and Ron helped me select the perfect ones for the occasion. Our events looked extra festive because of the time they took to build bouquets with the perfect colors and accents. It was not just plain balloons, they mixed up the sizes and styles giving an added touch. Thanks for helping our students to celebrate two memorable moments! read more
