Overall: I give it a 2.5. Customer service /professionalism is lacking. But the bounce house we got was perfectly good and as pictured on their website. I tried using this company a year ago for my sons party and they never got back to me after accepting the reservation. No deposit or anything so I just assumed they weren't coming. They didn't. Thought it was odd but since I had no actual contact other than their automatic response from the website booking inquiry I just assumed it was a system error. This summer I threw another party for my daughter and booked again. This time someone actually answered and then emailed me back a confirmation and total amount due. On the day of the party they were about a half hour late showing up that I started to get scared they weren't going to show. They confirmed pickup time between 6-7 since the party was over at 6. By 8pm no one was there. I called and was told he was looking for his drivers and they would get back to me in a few minutes. By 9:15 I told them I'm not going to sit outside all night watching their equipment, so they told me to unplug it. The guys showed up around 10pm and said the price was a little more than my confirmation said. I showed them the email from Arturo and they said that that price was what they were told. Knowing I was no longer going to tip them for being 4 hours late and upcharging me despite my confirmation proof I went ahead and paid them. The bounce house was what we asked for and the kids enjoyed it nonetheless. I rented tables and they were pretty beat up so I'm glad I had table covers. Chair rentals were fine. The tent rentals are ridiculously overpriced I bought one for LESS than they wanted to charge me to rent one off of Amazon. I love that they have a lot of options to customize the jumpers with different themes. Would use them again only if I got confirmation from a live person and follow up with them to confirm. Book fully expecting them to show up when they get good and ready. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. I've tried multiple times contacting them to get there business but I guess the owner does not want to work or run the business at this time. Don't rely on these people, they work on their time; not yours. read more

My family has used PDX Jumper's services many times. The owner and his employees are prompt and helpful. The bouncy houses that we rented were great. They were very clean and they set them up and took them down quickly. We will be renting from them again soon. read more

This was such a seamless experience. The workers showed up on time and were super nice and informative. They set up the bounce house in 15 minutes and I paid a super reasonable price for an 8 hour rental. They came back and took the house down just as quickly. Love them! So unhappy. I contacted them on Sept. 8th about a rental for my daughters 5th birthday party on Oct 24th. I told them my address directly to make sure we could use their services, they said it was fine and great, and got my reservation. The day before the party I tried getting ahold of them for a set up time, but no response all day. So we woke up the day of the party, at 8a, and finally got through. Just to be told that we were outside of their delivery zone, and they couldn't deliver. After we debated back and forth and referred back to our original email where we gave the address to our home, and a response with our quote, we were told by the man on the phone they'd try to get to us today. No communication afterwards. So when the party started at 12 and they didn't show up, we figured they weren't coming. Delivery guys came at almost 2 when the party was done and kids were leaving, and we had to send them home. So disappointed, my kiddo was bummed out, and so frustrated with their lack of communication. Would not recommend using their services. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We confirmed a reservation for 9/5 on 8/20 for our child's birthday party. I sent a text on 9/1 to confirm again and received a reply that they would arrive at 11 and setup only takes about 20 minutes. At 11:20, I called to be told we were not on their schedule. I explained I had reconfirmed with the same phone number I was told to text after calling him originally and the same number I just called and all he could say was that sometimes they forget to put people on the schedule. What?! Soonest he could get there was 2 and the party started at noon, so clearly not an option. And it was very obvious that he didn't care and wasn't interested in finding another solution. He almost ruined a little girls party...but I got lucky when calling another company, Bounce House NW, who, when I told him what happened, went out of his way to prevent the party from being ruined and got us a bounce house within 30 minutes! The difference in customer service was astounding. DO NOT rent from PDX Jumpers without risk of having them stand you up! read more

Arturo and his team are awesome! I booked my jumper online & was then contacted by Arturo to confirm. He was very kind and helped me book the jumper that I wanted for my daughters birthday party. The day of the birthday party they showed up within the time frame that they had told me which was 8am-10am they showed up at 8:30 am which was awesome cause I got to use the jumper before all the kids (lol). The jumper was just as the picture which was the dolphin bouncy house with slide and obstacles, the kids enjoyed the bouncy house all day. We've used PDX Jumpers many times. We love their customer service, promptness and assistance. They make every rental easy. Most recently we rented a bounce house for my child's social distancing birthday, kids took turns so they could easily social distance.
