John communicated well with delivery timing, set up was done efficiently, the rules and instructions were reviewed, and John did an on-site sterilization in addition to the one done prior to delivery. The entire process was professional and pleasant from start to finish. The only downside is that I didn't know about Bounce House NW last summer, they have several larger options with water features available and it would have been fantastic to rent one of those during the really hot days summer. Their team up set up the bounce house and within minutes we found 5 ticks. After calling the owners, they suggested "leave it in the heat, that should kill the bugs" when I asked the owners if they were okay with 14 children being exposed to ticks from their equipment and they offered a $25 voucher or offered to have someone come out and spray tick repellent over their bounce house. The tick repellent would be Dangerous to kids and animals as well. Their solution was "let's just pick it up and refund you to avoid a lawsuit."
