Beware!!! Terrible service. My daughter rented one of the huge slides with a pool at thebottom. They decided to deliver a day early and did not call to give a heads up or ensure someone was home. They also sent one person to set it up. She had to call me to leave work and run to her house to let him in the gate. Then he was unable to pull it into the backyard so I had to help him. They also forgot to put the caps on the pool. When we called about it they said they would not be able to bring it to later that evening. Those that attemped the slide were bruised and cut up from this. The young kids who it was mostly rented for were not even able to use it. My daughter tried to call and talk to the manager but she never received a retun call. read more

I'm the property manager for one community in a fairly sizable corporation. Every year we throw a summer party for our residents- this is my first year managing this particular property so I decided we'd rent a bounce house and snow cone machine to make it extra fun and draw out a larger crowd than we normally do. I sure did get my crowd, but I also got no bounce house or snow cone machine. You can imagine how well this went over. Our event was scheduled from 2:00p and 6:00p. I did not receive a call 48 hours prior to my event, so I took matters into my own hands and emailed Liz. Liz had to locate the checks we mailed them 5 days prior (our corporate office mailed them to the Beaverton address)- at first she didn't even bother to check and see if anyone received them, she just told me right off the bat that they never got payment from us. I received an email about 30 mins later stating that they'd received them and marked our quote as paid. I asked if there was anything additional that they would need from me. Liz assured me that we were good to go. Forward to the day of the party (today) - it's 2:00p and the bounce house/snow cone machine are no where in sight. I called bouncin bins and the phone rang over 30 times before Liz picked up. I explained the situation- she asked for the name the order was under. I gave her my name and she said she had no record of me. Confused, I pulled up all of our emails. I told her I had emails confirming that I had spoken with her previously- I offered to forward them to her. Suddenly she found my order. She said that we never paid the deposit. Again I referred to our emails. She suddenly remembered again. I gave her the quote number and she said "oh... I don't know why this happened but you're not on the schedule for today! I marked you as paid, but it wasn't marked anymore in the system!". She apologized a million times and said that they could send it out to arrive at 4:00pm and we'd have to keep it until 8:00pm. I'm a very nice and calm person, so at this point I wasn't upset, even with the 20 or so people outside who were all getting very impatient with this whole ordeal. I agreed, even though that meant I would have to stay 2 hours past our closing time... I wanted to keep the residents happy and follow through with what I promised. 4:00 rolled around and still nothing. I called again and spoke with a nice lady named Debbie. Debbie informed me that our order was never pushed through in the system and that they were just getting it on the truck and wouldn't be there for 45 mins (5:00p!!), but that we could keep the rental until 10:00pm or overnight. I decided to cancel and asked for a full refund. They asked if I wanted a "rain check" instead. I declined. Now I wouldn't have went through the trouble of writing this review, as I know how bad it feels to be on the receiving end of one of these, but this whole time no one even apologized to me or offered me any sort of compensation for the trouble. In fact, they were extremely nonchalant about it. If I were to take the same approach to my job, I would be fired. It's just insane that it seems that this business has no concern for it's money- had things went well, every property in my company throws an annual summer party and I would have recommended them to my peers (we have about 20 large properties in PDX and a few in Washington). At this time, I just want to save someone else the headache and disappointment. We ended up turning on the sprinkler system for the kids who showed up and luckily they were pretty understanding. I also made sure to explain the situation to all of our residents; a lot of them asked what company I booked through, and I told them - more potential customers that probably won't give bouncin bins the time of day. read more

Very unorganized. Had problems with Liz(owner). I'm very disappointed with how things were handled. Communication between the driver and owner are poor. Liz was not aware of my party rental hours. Very unprofessional. I really liked the driver. I worked with him last year so no problems with him. The only good thing was that the children at the party enjoyed the bounce house, BUT there are other business that I can order bounce house from. I WILL NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. This was my 2nd time, and since my first experience was great, I thought this time would be ok. I was really upset that I had to be on the phone with Liz while hosting my child's birthday because she was unorganized and didn't know how long I rented the bounce house. I had to send screen shots of my receipt just to prove it to her!! That's ridiculous. I hope this complaint goes to the new owner who just purchased so he can see how dysfunctional his company is. I had good customer service on the phone, but their web site states 24 hour rentals and gives prices for 24 hour rentals. I called, we made the deal and then she asked what time my party would be over & told me they would pick it up after the party. I'm like; "wait, I thought it was a 24 hour rental" Nope, apparently, they pride themselves in lying on their website. They guy arrived to drop it off, smelled of pot and was not very nice. When he came to pick it up, he literally busted my gate and left it wide open. I'm extremely disappointed in this company, and honestly go somewhere else to get an inflatable. They are overprices, not ethical in their adverts and have basically losers doing the delivery & pick up. How can you be so stupid to bust a gate? He shoved it the wrong way and busted it. Call not received 48 hours prior to delivery as indicated, so I called to follow up. Didn't hear back despite calling during business hours and their voicemail saying the would respond in 30 minutes. Called again the day before the party and left a voicemail. No1 listened to it, just called back and said "I missed a call from you?". I confirmed the delivery and pickup times and was told that the unit would be set up anywhere from 30-90 minutes before the party. I called when our party was now 20 mins away and the bouncy house was not yet at our home. She said she would contact a manager to see what was happening. The driver called 9 minutes before the party. He was rude on the phone and when he finally arrived in person. The unit was finally set up at 11:48 for a party starting at 11:00. We also paid to be able to use water on the slide portion and the driver didn't have the sprinkler with him, so my husband stood there for 2 hours and hosed down the slide in the 98 degree sun. I left a detailed message about what happened and wanting to speak to someone about a refund of some sort. The unit was picked up about 90 minutes late. The owner called at 7:45pm and said again "You called me?". I explained, and she said that she could give me 20% back and 20% off a future rental. I told her that 20 seemed inadequate since driver was late getting there, rude, forgot equipment, tried to get my husband to help with setup, and was then late picking it up so we missed our evening plans to babysit the equipment. Seems like we did most of the work (which was all unnecessary) and were more than a little inconvenienced due to their poor planning. She came up to 35% off because "I still have to pay those guys". Not my problem. Had she apologized and said "We will refund you for this cuz we really messed it up" or "Your next Rental is 100% on us", we would still be customers. We've rented twice before and never had a problem, this was a disaster. Even now if they made it right we would try them again, but they sent me a refund yesterday to sign for, that was only 28% (instead of the proposed 35%), it remains to be seen if they make good on their promise, or even rethink this and come up with something better. But as it stands now, they've lost a three time customer. read more

Great experience. We received a call two days before our rental saying they had so many bookings for our date (the July 4th holiday) that they wanted to bring our obstacle course a day early! My kids (and the other 10 kids in our neighborhood) were thrilled! On the holiday, one of the blowers was losing power and was having some problems staying fully inflated. We called the driver and after some initial trouble shooting with my husband, the driver didn't hesitate to come out (to drive an hour across town on a holiday) and replace the blower for us. He even let us enjoy it until noon the next day. The driver was professional and efficient. He really cared about our experience. We will definitely use Bouncin Bins again. read more

We reserved a bounce house for our son's birthday party. We reserved the house for four hours and it was supposed to be delivered at 12:00 p.m. for a party from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. At 12:30, the bounce house had not arrived and we had not heard anything from the company. We called and were told that the truck carrying the bounce house had a flat tire and that they were running a little late but that they would be at our house soon. We called back at 12:50 because the house had not arrived and were told that the house would be there soon. We were called back about 15 minutes later and told that our house would not arrive until after 4:00 p.m., well after our party would be over. After complaining that receiving the bounce house after 4:00 was unacceptable, we were told that the person on the phone could not help us and that we would need to speak with a manager on Monday (the party was on the weekend). We were assured that the manager would call us on Monday. By Wednesday we had still not heard anything and we were forced to call the manager to make sure we were not being charged for a bounce house that never showed up. We cannot recommend strongly enough NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. There is no excuse to be over four hours late for a four hour rental. The company should have had a back-up truck or some other plan in case there was a problem. The communication from the company was also terrible. In addition, no one ever seemed to care that we would not have a bounce house for my son's birthday party. His party was ruined but the company didn't seem to care. read more

What's not to like. Availability during a holiday weekend and at the last minute. Prices were way more reasonable than anyone else who was trying to price gouge. They showed up early and came late... Which normally wouldn't be a good thing but when that means you get more time on the bouncy slide, it's great (they did ask if it was okay... So if it hadn't been, they would've accommodated). I reserved the Hello Kitty Bounce house and the truck broke down in Eugene. They offered to cancel the party or upgrade. We obviously took the upgrade. The placement of the house/slide/pool was against a small tree and the pool for the water slide was on the concrete. It could have been moved back farther and all of this avoided. Kids were getting hurt landing on the concrete. Pick up time was 8pm. They did not show up. I called at 9pm. Again car trouble. Seems to be a thing for this company. Picked up about 11 on Monday am. I have used other companies for bounce house rentals and did not have any trouble. I will not use this company again or recommend them. Driver stated that would refund $4. Called and the manager would only do $20 and not provide any other compensation for all the trouble. Manager finally did offer 20% off next rental. There will not be another rental from this company. read more

I had reserved a water slide for my party a week in advance. I was told that I was put on the early delivery list as it was going to be a busy weekend. My slide was never delivered early even though I called them twice the day before. On the day of my event, I called two hours before my party because the slide had still not arrived, 30 minutes before my party was to start they CANCELLED my slide. I requested to speak to the manager, but they said they couldn't be bothered at home with their family, even though my party of 24 hot kids were left with nothing! My credit card has not been refunded yet, but they promise to do so...fool me once! BEWARE, this company cannot be trusted. read more

I rented a bouncy house for my block party and IT NEVER SHOWED! I called the customer service line and the person I spoke with called both the driver and the warehouse manager and neither answered the calls (or so I am told)...for hours. Almost pulled a NO CALL NO SHOW.... We had a bounce house slide (wet) scheduled 12-4 and my sons party 1-4 .. My husband had to call at 1230 and turns out they didn't plan on coming or calling or emailing because "the driver quit yesterday/Friday" So it gave us 30 mins to figure out something in 100+ degree weather.
