She said the guy will probably try to sell me something anyway. I said that's fine as long as he knows that I'm not buying anything except Freon. So he looks at the model number and says all you have R 22 Freon. It does not have R 22 it has R134 a. So he told me he pumped 4 pounds of Freon in which he evidently didn't do and charge me almost $400. Do not go near these people they are going to charge you way more than you need to pay and try to sell you something you don't need like a capacitor for who knows how much when you can buy one for $15-$20. Don't fall for the capacitor that is high-quality BS. So right now, I received a call back from the company and they will be out here Monday morning to make things right. That is all I ask for and that and nothing more. If they do a good job this time I told them I will allow them to install my new unit after the VA purchase it for me. I don't like writing bad reviews, but they have a bad employee working for them and if someone else didn't know anything whatsoever about air-conditioning systems this guy would've took them to the bank. When all they needed to do was go to the ATM.

I called them because my previous guy stopped returning my calls, so it was a relief that they were so reliable. They were also courteous, did good work, and were focused on making sure I got a fair price. When I had Bernardo out this summer because my air conditioning wasn't working properly, we discussed the various options and what they would cost (cleaning, partial replacement, full replacement) and I opted to replace the entire system, which was 20 years old. I had to leave the team working alone at my house for most of the day, and I trusted them. Although the job took a few hours longer than estimated, they were in communication with me by phone throughout the day, and the final job came in at the quoted amount -- I think he even threw in some extra discounts. I requested the new outdoor condenser be located in a different place from the original, and Bernardo went above and beyond to make sure the extension lines looked clean and attractive. He even checked in a few weeks later to make sure my system was running properly. Full disclosure: Maples did recommend that I write this review, but I was happy to do so.

They told us someone went out and serviced it and it was fixed. 5 months later we are selling our property and our inspection revealed our unit was never fixed. We have called 15 times to see if this work was done and we have never received a call back. We've talked to 5 different people over the course of these calls that claim to be in office in Buda, TX but it seems odd this many employees would be working the front desk of a small town office. These women we speak to all clearly have a script they are reading from and can't even pronounce the town they work in properly. No one from Buda says "Boodah". They were also not willing to tel us their managers name or a contact number. They did give us an email which we used and got no reply. Seems like a scam company. Stay away!

This is a review of the experience that we has with Ware Electric. Amazing company/electrician,…read moreeven though the company is only about a year old. We needed a 14-50A outlet installed in addition to our wall charger for our 2 EVs. Since the desired location was on the opposite side of the garage from the electric panel, it was a large project. A long conduit over the corner of the ceiling has to be installed to support the electric wiring. We wanted to ensure we find the best quality company, not the cheapest ones, who can do quality work while not overcharging. We initially shopped around a few electric companies and decided to go with Ware because of his responsiveness, sincerity and honesty, as well as good reviews from others. His also matched the pricing of another company even though he is using quality materials. Robert, the owner, is extremely up-front, honest and hardworking. Not only did he not try to upsell us a larger breaker like another electrical company, he was willing to accommodate our busy work schedules and come out on a Sunday to do the install (that's good Taiwanese work ethics!) He definitely did not disappoint. Since it was quite a big project, I was impressed that he did almost the whole install by himself, only using another personnel to help him finish up. It was a 5-6 hour long install but we can tell how meticulous he was as well as the quality of work he does. The outlet was installed perfectly and our garage floor was vacuumed. Not only did he asked us to immediately try the EV chargers to make sure it worked, he also fixed a loose light fixture for us at the house he noticed. We definitely need support more of these hard-working, quality electricians/young companies and not cheap out like some other builders just to make a quick dollar. We will definitely use him again for all our electrical projects in the future. Keep up the good work Robert and Ware Electric!

Yon and Joshua got to work immediately and found the issue, Oscar even showed up and explained everything to me. Turned out the breaker box on the outside of the house was borked. When Oscar turned a breaker off and back on, you could literally hear electricity crackling. Oscar gave me an estimate which I thought was fair and Yon and Joshua got to work. After a few hours the house was no longer haunted and I had a proper breaker box set up. Turned out I needed 100 amps (electric heater not gas). Two of the other electricians and the pool company's electrician said I needed to run conduit on the outside of my new house (would have looked stupid). One said he could run it inside the walls but maybe to a different location and then conduit to the equipment site. D&G ran it from the service panel to pool panel all inside the walls and attic--beautiful. His quote was slightly below average for the job compared to all the others. But when I got the bill it was even less than he quoted me because he finished earlier than expected! This was a tough job because of the location, roof lines, etc. I have seen a plethora of mediocrity and incompetence over the last year building this very expensive house and pool. D&G electrical truly exceeded my expectations. I will not hire anyone else to do electrical work in the future. Outstanding service at a fair price--hard to find these days.
