My mom has been in there for almost 3 hours before. Between my mom and I, we have been getting gel manicures for over 20+ years. Instead of wrapping nails to take off gel polish while you have a pedicure, they wait until you get to the nail chair, even when you request the take off wraps in the pedicure chair. I'm not sure if that's a language barrier thing or just how they do it. 2. Repeated gel manicures breaking, chipping, peeling - went to another local salon for a change, come to find out they were putting acrylic on the nails instead of only gel. 3. And there was a fungus under a gel/acrylic nail. Very disappointing after being loyal customers for a while.
