Christina totally remembered me and our conversations picked up right where we left off a year earlier!! My preferred hairstyle hadn't changed and she needed no reminders on what I wanted. I have short hair with highlights. I'm VERY picky about my cut. Christina never screws it up. My color is always great. The salon has really expanded to about twice its previous size. There are all kinds of services such as mani/pedi and spray tan. I haven't tried the new services yet -- but I plan to. I have always tipped well and respected and liked these women. I told Sadie I was going somewhere else just this once because I couldn't get into her and really needed it done. She obviously took offense to that, and told me it was a good idea to go somewhere else. They don't try to fix it they just block you from putting a review on their Facebook page. I have been in Chico almost my whole life and come from a long line of family businesses, local businesses and I will say that businesses who treat customers/clients like this will only last so long. Our businesses take pride in making sure our customers are completely satisfied even if we don't think they are right we would rather have a happy customer that an unhappy customer. They have done nothing so far to rectify the situation. They'll be others after me but I also know a lot of people in this town and I will be spreading the word of how I was treated. They are snobby, fake and there are plenty of other places to go in town that will respect you as a client. I've found a wonderful place with grown ass women who know what it's like to run a business. Also to the bitches thinking this is funny, well you've proved my point.

I can't say enough about what an amazing job she did with my color correction & cut. Not to mention her prices were REALLY reasonable. I have gone back to Destiny several times since our initial appointment, and every time she has done an amazing job. The shop has a fun vibe and has always been exceptionally clean as well, not to mention she plays badass music. She really LISTENS to what it is I think I want done, and then makes it happen. I also love that she isn't afraid to give me her professional opinion won't ever let me leave without looking my absolute best. But what I love MOST is that she stays up on current trends, products, colors, and techniques, and is more than happy to explain every step of the way so you can actually re-do the look at home. She showed 1 1/2 hrs late. She only stayed 4 hours, rushing thru because her bf drove her. She left my house a huge mess- no clean up! She said she didnt have time to fix my daughters yellow hair. She said we could have her purple shampoo- she didnt want to do it being in such a hurry. She took the shampoo with her!! There were NO discounts, no facials, she said she had no time for blow outs- which she knows shows the final look. My daughters hair was yellow with huge chunks of money piece. Too bad Im not able to post pics- nothing short of horrific, I assure you. My daughter cried all night. We spent $770 for one trim and toner, one root touch up, highlights all over and cut, and my daughters yellow mess she calls a balayage and trim. $770!! one person- the teen that got only toner was happy. My friends hair has huge chunks of brassy in her hair also, which is paying now to fix. We texted her. She wouldnt refund a dime- Only offered another 3 hour drive for us to maybe fix their hair.
