The kafta were flavourful and good, but I preferred the other kababs better. The salad was romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and green peppers. All vegetables were fresh. I liked that the dressing automatically came on the side so the salad wasn't soggy. The rice was soft and fluffy but a bit too greasy for my liking. My dad (who loves carbs) felt that there was not enough rice. I agree that the rice was minimal; there was just a very thin layer of rice under the meats. The garlic was creamy, rich and potent. I was offered a credit or replacement meal, but with all the years of issues, I don't want a credit for a place I will NEVER order from again. After reading the reviews here, looks like I am not alone. Maybe take the money from my order and put it towards better customer service.
