The broth reminded me of a light salsa verde and was a flavorful albeit imo slightly too salty take. The chicken was delicious and definitely a highlight of this bowl. The Chicken Nanban $15 appetizer came with eight pieces of fried, marinated chicken, glazed in a tangy sauce. While tasty it was somewhat generic. The Kuro Shio Ramen $23 was a lighter broth, with several sizeable pieces of chicken, more of a classic flavor profile here with a tad hint of citrus and chili. The poached egg was cooked perfectly.
