We discussed realistic expectations, and were in agreement. Though my weight is far from being ideal, it is my stable weight and has been for quite some time. I was ready to be smoothed out and have the excess skin & some fat removed and my breasts reconfigured. I am pleased with the bodywork, and my breasts will probably need a revision in six months: this was expected, considering what we started with. I have always been able to contact Destiny and Chela (including having their cell phone numbers), and Dr. LoMonaco answers his own emails. I feel my care has been very good. I felt that the office got me in quickly and scheduled my surgery in a timely manner which was important to me. I opted for saltine implants again. Going in, I had assumed due to me being in my forties with implants for years that I would require a lift as well. Dr Moliver was honest with me and said that my breasts look natural and a lift was not necessary unless I wanted a more " va va voom " ( my words not his) look. The natural look was fine with me since it's what I was use to seeing myself as. He could have " upsold" me but did not. I am a nurse for many years and I was probably more nervous that the average patient for the operation. It was easy. They made it fun. The OR nurses/ staff were great and helped me feel very comfortable. Afterwards they do not prescribe narcotics. I woke up with a supportive bra on and was on my way to get celebrex, gabapentin and Tylenol. My previous surgery I was given narcotics so I was nervous about the pain I would be in. It was tolerable. The snow storm of Houston occurred just a few days later ( 4) and I had no choice but to have to go in to work because I am part of the disaster team. I went in so I wouldn't lose my job and I was able to work with minimal discomfort. I am glad that I chose Dr Moliver. My breasts look really nice now. I was researching facial fillers and found this Oasis because it was mentioned on a website called…read moreReal Self. It was a good review, although the actual review was a bad review for another establishment. The review mentioned that Oasis fixed the screw up the other establishment did to her tear troughs. The pics that were posted looked good so I called and made an appointment for May 13. The receptionist was very helpful in answering a few questions I still had. Like how long for the bruising to go away, etc. I invited a friend to my appointment for support, but once there, she decided to get fillers too. Delana assessed both of us at the same time and to my surprise, I didn't need tear troughs filled after all. There was a mix and match sale on the day I went, so Delana suggested I try mixing Juvaderm Ultra and some Botox. She said if we're smart we can get great results using less product. The last time I had fillers I got 2 syringes of Juvedrem and 40 units botox. (Now that I see Delana's results, I wonder if the other establishment didn't cheat me.) Delana has a very light hand. She injected gently and I hardly felt any pain. I went back to work right after. (NOTE: If you wear make up, take some with you because the make up you have on will be wiped away and you'll look a mess if you go back to work.) After 24 hours, the improvement is amazing. I paid less than $500 and addressed all my problem areas. I got filler in both cheeks and on the deep 11 between my eyes. I also got botox on the corners of my eyes and on the corners of my mouth. Delana said I should get better results with botox on my marionette lines than I will with fillers. SHE WAS RIGHT. The corners of my mouth are starting to turn north. I've had filler in the marionette lines before and this looks so much better. I am so glad I made the call. I'm definitely going back. My friend did get her tear troughs done and that turned out amazing too. Oh, and one final note. Now that I finally got the results I always wanted, I feel like such a chump for chasing the groupon specials. I tried 2 of them and I ended up spending way more than I did at Oasis and not the best results. I'm from Houston/Sugarland area and Webster is a long drive from here, but I don't mind.
