When I went for my follow up visit after being at the hospital for two days he drained the excess of fluid and it goes worse and developed a high risk infection. After multiply visits to Dr. LaMonaco's office my wound wouldn't heal, he found GAUZE inside my incision! It's a shame that's such a high end hospital such Methodist Clear Lake would work with a such a doctor. He is not caring or professional and only cares about the money. I age an airline job that is very specific about what is need for me to be excused with time off and pay. I stayed what I needed from the stuff the day of the surgery and was told they do this all the time and it will be taken care of. My employer called back needing a revised Dr note within 48 hrs of my procedure. ( it's been 24 hrs ) I stayed this to whoever I talked to and she said it would be Tuesday which is 4 days out and would not be in the time frame I needed my Dr note. When she was not listening to my needs and being solution oriented I asked her to please listen to me and my needs. She hung up on me! I tried calling back several times and she let it go to voicemail! I have never been treated this way by someone after paying several thousands of dollars for a procedure. She is very unprofessional and rude. As for the other staff members and the Dr. They are great. This person should not be working with the general Public as she has horrible communication and people skills

Just had my second post-op visit, but lets start at the beginning…read more My least favorite thing: my money. $150.00 consult. Maybe sometimes they run promotions, I don't know. If you're going to pay a fee anywhere, make sure it's here. Pro tip: Save Dr. Linville for last after you do all your free consults. They apply the One hundred and fifty to your actual procedure! I did 5 total consults but I started with Dr. Cain Linville, near the beginning of the Stay at home order, so my consult was virtual. *embarrassing* He came highly recommended by 2 friends. Then I had a chat with a girlfriend who had a full makeover through another office, she said in retrospect her only regret was not getting other consults. I went and had 4 additional consults, some virtual and some in office but all FREE. From day one, when Kat was in on my virtual visit, she has been in constant contact with me. She was aware I was scoping out the competition and was not in the slightest resentful. Even when I was taking her own time with my additional questions after the fact. I made a last minute request from wanting to do this procedure in December to STAT. Kat made miracles happen as everyone was telling me they were booked until the end of June. Dr. Linville worked his own miracles on my body. He took his time with me on our virtual visit, on our in office pre-op visit, plus the time right before surgery marking me up, and answering any last minute questions I might have. I am ecstatic with my results and I still have a few more weeks of swelling. Post-op I have had great care, two additional visits to his office. His entire staff is pleasant buy Mayra has reassured me in all my post-op emergencies. Given great advice and taken great care of me. I am ready to move on some additional procedures, and I won't use anyone but Dr. Linville's office. I was well cared for throughout both seperate breast procedures on both breast and each at seperate times and even after the process until I was totally healed. I had left breast mastectomy due to cancer. Then she did the reconstructive surgery for that. This was when she got a live fat with its vein in tact to reattach it to another vein on the breast free side to reconstruct a fake breast all with my own body cells. How fantastic is that!!! No worries about plastic seeping into my body since it was all natural and my own body tissues. After that, she matched my cancer free breast that was "aged" significantly due to breastfeeding and having many episodes of engorged breast to match the size and the uprightness of the new fake left breast reconstruction at a separate date & both are excellent job.
