My husband surprised me for my birthday with the Mercedes sprinter party bus. The booking was easy & he said and the owner David was very accommodating. The party bus was like brand new. We used Luxor limousine for my daughter's 21st birthday party and 13 of her friends and we couldn't of been more pleased, David was very easy to work with as far as the booking end goes and Moe was a fantastic driver, my daughter and her friends just loved him. We contacted Luxor limousine after trying to book with a couple other services and it was very sketchy out there, if you're looking for a limousine be very careful as a lot of other companies do the bait and switch and call you the week of trying to get more money out of you for some reason or another. We called spoke with David he said he was owner and we talked in great length regarding his fleet of cars and deposit required, and licenses and insurance not once did he mention there was a minimum required of 8 hours. I reserved an Escalade Limousine but decided that I wanted to pick up my own daughter after prom. When I called to change the hours he informed me that there was a minimum of 8 hours. I then canceled my reservation, mind you Prom is still 2 1/2 months away. I then saw he charged the 200.00 deposit even after I canceled as I didn't need 8 hours. I contacted him and apparently it's a non refundable deposit, even after it doesn't specify anywhere in the company website or on the reservation page and he failed to disclose in our lengthy conversation. This was going to be a 1200.00 mandatory 8 hours and 180.00 mandatory tip which I did not know but was secretly added to my bill. Shame on this business. Stay away from their shady business practices. read more

We have used AFG Luxor Limo's a total of 5 times and we have ALWAYS been completely satisfied. We've rented every type of limo they have and they are all amazing; the latest being on my wife's birthday a few weeks ago. I was a little concerned about availability, since it was a day before my wife's birthday and I was just calling David (Owner). When I spoke with him, he stated that he not only had a limo available, but he had 4 for whatever I needed them for. I have worked with David on all 5 transactions and he is AWESOME! The day of my wife's birthday surprise, we ran into a little time issue (on our end). I sent a text to David and he worked with me as he was completely flexible and put my family's needs first. The limo arrived early, took us to dinner, took us to a cupcake shop for a birthday cupcake, and took us home. The limo driver (Butch) was fairly new but was also very nice. We offered to buy him a cupcake and he said no.. Because he was a great driver, we bought him one anyways. :). My wife's birthday was a success and she was completely surprised as she got the happy birthday sign on the limo and the red carpet. AFG Limo once again came through and did an amazing job. This is the worst limousine company EVER!! David has the worst customer service, he is the manager but when ask to speak to a manger he claims it a person named Bobby? And that person doesn't exist! don't let this company fool you all the reviews that are good claiming they had a great experience are from their friends and family. they lie about their prices over the phone and through text messages, then when you book with them because they give you a quote that your happy with,they send you a completely didn't dollar amount and charge your card. Then when you try to cancel because your not satisfied because they lie straight to your face, they say well it states that your deposit is non refundable, Wow!! REALLY? I know times are hard but scamming people out of the hard earn money isn't right!! I just want other customers to be aware of this company and save yourself from the stress and headache and lost of money!!! Don't book with them EVER!!! read more

Stay away from this company. I asked for a quote by email and they replied with a quote for around 75 per hour but, when I called the next day they only had the upgraded limo for about 50 dollars more per hour. Can you say bait and switch? Anyways gets better as I booked at about 9 am for an event 3 days away and called to cancel about an hour later as my wife wanted to stay at the casino than take a limo. The representative seemed agreeable and stated he would be able to cancel. Then 10 hours later I get an email stating that the are going to charge me 40% of the original booking price that I never agreed with and they were going to charge another 20% for the cancellation which I never agreed to in writing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this disreputable company. I plan on disputing this charge with Visa. Also plan on reporting them to the BBB. read more

Had a TERRIBLE experience with AFG limo on Saturday April 22 in Corona, CA. My son in law to be had arranged for a limo to pick up the wedding party and transport them to their venue and they were to do provide additional return trips to get the rest of the party (mother and father of the bride, 85 year old grandmother of the bride, officiant, and several others) and they FAILED TO SHOW UP!!!!. We got a call from the first party when they were dropped off (2:35pm) so we made our way to the bottom of the hill and stood outside in the 90+ degree heat in our wedding clothes on a dusty country road so that we would be ready to go quickly when he arrived. We called the dispatcher and tried to call the driver after waiting for 20 minutes (the ride shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes to make. We continued to wait until 3:05pm and finally decided we had to drive ourselves. Fortunately we had a couple of cars who could make the trip. All along the way we looked for evidence of the limo and saw no one. He surely wasn't lost because he had made the first trip successfully so he knew where it was. He just didn't show up. He didn't want to make the drive down the dusty country road. SHAME ON HIM and shame on the management for refusing to make this right. GREAT COMPANY !!!! At first before booking with this company I had a doubt about a bad review I saw about this company. And I love to say that it is completely different from that review !!!! My service was great !! I booked a limo last night for our prom and it everything was perfect so professional. Our driver Jaime he showed up 15 minutes before pick up time he was very helpful because we had 4 couple there and we all had different destinations and he did a great job. He provided us with a great service. At the end of the night he dropped us off and I ended up giving him an extra tip because of his great service. Another thing I loved about this company is the prices !! It is very affordable and you get a great service ! What more can you ask for right!!?
