Diamond Party Bus - Party Bus Rentals Near Me

***STAY AWAY ALERT*** So it's prom season we were looking for a party bus the weekend before found this business in YELP, we called him on Sunday he told us that he has a party bus available for our date and time for 20 people, for $165 per hour with a minimum of 6 hrs to book, in order to reserve we needed to send him 30% deposit. We told him we wanted to book it Gabriel said he would hold it for us throughout Monday. We sent him the $ early next morning on Tuesday (keep in mind these are teens), we texted him to confirm no reply, called him a few times, and he finally answered just to tell us that he did receive the deposit however that the party bus had already been booked since Saturday, we told him why would he had told us then on Sunday that the bus was available, he apologized and told us that he instead had a hummer available if we wanted that but if not he would send us our deposit back. We spoke with the rest of group and at some point we were ok to the hummer but at the end of the day some of our group were not happy. When we told Gabriel we would do the hummer he sent us a contract and tried to make us sign it but by that time some of the group already wanted their $ back instead. We reached out to Gabriel Martinez Thursday morning asking him to please send us our deposit back we weren't going to book the service after all and he refused to give us our deposit back, arguing that the deposit is non-refundable even though he never told us that and even though he had agreed at some point to give us our deposit back and even though the deposit was sent to him for the party bus not the hummer. Keep in mind all this happened with no contract for the party bus, just with us trusting him as a reliable business. Diamond Party Bus by Gabriel is not a reliable business, if I could I would give him a negative 5 stars, please stay away from them do not waste your time and money! read more

I had an upcoming event and needed to book a party bus. I reached out to Diamond Party Bus through yelp for a quote, they were quick to respond with price and all along with a contact number. I called to book my date and spoke with Gabriel, when I mentioned that we had just gotten his quote he said "let me check our schedule I'll call you back" 2 days past and decided to call again since I didn't receive my confirmation my calls weren't answered. When I called again from a different number explaining we needed to schedule a date mid conversation-probably realizing I was calling from a new number - he just hung up. If you really need to book an event save yourself the frustration of waiting games and forget about these guys. Here's someone who's happy to provide these services synergylivelimo.com read more

Don't even waste your time contacting Diamond Party Bus. I had already read negative reviews about this business but decided to give it a chance anyways and now I regret it. Contacted them for information spoke to Gabriel made a deal send him my personal information and he said he would email me a contract and 2 days have passed and I haven't received anything or heard from him. I tried texting and calling them and I'm just being ignored. Like I said it was a waste of time. The reviews do not lie. read more

Initially had a great contact with Gabriel. Was very excited for my son and his friends to get a great deal (minimum 18 Kids at $50/per kid) Spoke with Gabriel a few times confirming everything for 22 seniors for their Prom. Confirmed to him via telephone a second time that contract and payment would be signed scanned and emailed back on Friday morning. After emailing payment and contract on Friday morning...I only receive a reply that states..."date not available ". Seriously!!? I phone him super angry.... he states, " well, I didn't hear from you". What the heck?? You heard from me... like 3 times...apparently he got a better deal. Thanks for leaving 22 seniors hanging with no ride... should have known it was shady when he asked to be paid in cash. read more

We rented this party bus for our nine year old grand daughter's birthday. We took the girls to Knotts Berry Farm and Gabriel was very professional and honest. He was very laidback and allowed the kids to enjoy themselves and have fun listening to the music and dancing. The price was reasonable, he emailed us the contract to sign and email back, which made the process that much more easy. We will definitely be renting from Diamond Party Bus again. We have a lot more birthdays ahead... read more

Did a great job with 24 kids for our daughters prom. Drove them to dinner at Irvine Spectrum, to the prom, and finished by taking them to the beach. The kids had a great time. The driver, Gabriel, was awesome. Took care of the kids and had them back on time. Would definitely use again. read more
