April 17, 2026 This company did a horrible job, didn't finish many things according to the…read morecontract, refused to give a discount and then took us to court. They sued us for $4,798 plus attorney fees. Court awarded them $2380. We sent them a check for $2,380 by certified mail. They got the check and cashed it within 6 days of the date we mailed it. This was July of 2024. In January of 2026, they filed a claim in court indicating we never paid them. So, contract signed in March 2021, never completed job and we are still dealing with them 5 years later. July 16, 2026 Ocean Breeze demanded that we remove our negative review as they did not file anything in January 2026. Court said Ocean Breeze's attorney filed it and gave us name, phone number and email of the attorney. Said that Ocean Breeze or their attorney needs to file a Satisfaction of Judgement to prove we paid them as the copy of the cleared check we sent to the court was not enough. We called and emailed Ocean Breeze's attorney and the Satisfaction of Judgement was finally filed. Their attorney said they filed the Satisfaction of Judgement on July 15, 2026 which is when they received confirmation of payment.

Over the winter we had Tabor Homes complete an extensive interior remodel of our beach home in…read moreSurfside. This remodel involved a complete demo of all of the interior walls in the front part of the house and all of the flooring throughout the house. Since the front of the house was built as a summer cottage in the late 50's there was little to no insulation in the exterior walls and the HVAC could never keep it cool in the summer. Front of house was insulated, rewired, new drywall installed, updated kitchen installed, new HVAC system installed and new vinyl plank flow was installed throughout the whole house as well as new paint. The folks at Tabor did a fantastic job and completed the project on time as promised. I highly recommend them for any of your home projects.

He was the first to respond to the request and after interviewing several contractors we decided Tabor Homes would provide the best value for our project. Craig was very professional and courteous. He also indicated the project should begin in May 2022. Since we signed the contract I have been in touch with Heather and she has been very helpful about keeping us informed of the progress towards a start date. We are confident the construction for the addition on our home will start a soon and we will be happy with the results! We will update this review as the work is completed.

His product is good but that is the end of it…read more I was told it would take 2.5 days to complete and maybe it would have if he showed up on time. His reviews were good so I hired him. After being a few days into the project I felt like I was buckled and dimed for what he called"extra work" he had to put in. I also had to go and buy wire and siding. When he was finished he said he doesn't sand or paint. I was left with a horrible spackle job and unsightly finished product on the inside. I now had to hire someone for another $300-$400 to fix the mess he had left me with. I have never heard of any company that doesn't finish and present a near perfect product. I want new doors and storm doors now but, I will be giving the job to someone else.
