Jason brought a partner and did the assembly on a pretty cold day in January. They arrived on time and did a great job, including securing the pergola to an new concrete patio slab, hauling away all the packaging materials and cleaning up the job site. We had Window World replace our windows. They cracked the siding in several places and left gaps…read morebetween the siding and windows. They refused to address the cracked siding, saying it was already damaged. There were a few small fissures, but they caused way more damage. One window had a cracked frame and leaked when it rained. They did come and replace it after several phone calls. We hired another contractor to repair the siding. In doing so, we discovered the horrible job Window World did installing and taping the windows. We had to pay an additional $600 to have the tape re-done properly and professionally by the siding company. Terrible workmanship.
