He told me the pricing before he started ($200, which is pretty standard). He was polite and friendly. De-clogged my drain, answered my questions, checked to make sure everything was in good working order before he left, and then ran my credit card and headed out. Brett and Cam have been to our 30yo home so many times for repairs that we don't even have to show them where to go. They have repaired the humidifier, the sump pump, and leaking bathroom tubs (twice when the wall repair guy messed up), and replaced an old water heater with a tankless water heater.
