Zach did an excellent job of humanely removing the critters who were digging near our house…read morefoundation. He set up traps and over the course of several days, came back 3 times to remove a skunk, a possum, and a raccoon. He was sensitive to the critters and very knowledgeable. He put mesh over the main hole so they would not return. Zach was also very responsive each morning that we called to announce another critter in the trap.

It was a bit pricey, but I can honestly say I could sleep now, knowing that the Best are not coming into my house they even guaranteed their service for two years, so I was a lot happy about that in paying the money. Would 1000% recommend Bat and Wildlife Solutions. We had them out to look at our attic after one…read morecompany said a full attic restoration and another say bat extinction. Ash confirmed that there was minimal bat droppings, no active bats and therefore did not need either service. He actually went on the roof to assess and found no entry points. He left without any business due to his honesty which was very much appreciated after hearing various stories from other larger companies with thousand of dollar quotes. We are fully trusting Ash and will only call him next time we need wildlife assistance. Bigger companies are not always better and Bat and Wildlife Solutions is for sure the way to go!!

Jay came out today to "take care" of the squirrel that was in our basement. We tried countless…read moretimes to find how that darn pest was getting in but couldn't figure it out. Jay was prompt, thorough and knowable... he found the hole within 15 minutes in addition to a few hornet nests we were not aware of ( he didn't change extra to exterminate the bee's nests). Jay took his time and did a thorough examination... we have an interesting layout in the basement, partial Michigan basement, partial crawl and part walkout but he got right to business fearlessly and filled in all the little spots the squirrels and mice were using to gain access to the house. Jay was very friendly ,knowledgeable ,thorough and affordable.

I have had to take off work and cancel on people in order to work around him, and then he doesn't even show up at all. It's like pulling teeth to get this guy to keep an appointment. It's absolutely infuriating. If I had a choice in the matter, I would never hire this guy again.

Only one was $150, and the other was $350, guaranteed for six months. He mentioned he would spray my hardwood floors, but then he did not. I was confused. He did not check my mattress. Instead, he sprayed my comforter and sheets, which I found odd. One would think you would remove the sheets and spray the bed, not the sheets you are sleeping in. I received no instructions. There were no follow-up instructions. Leo told me to give it 2-3 weeks. I kept getting bitten by these bugs, and now, five weeks later have spiders and bugs and am worse off than before. I still vacuum every day. I have tried to contact this company five times, and they never returned a phone call. I am out $350.00. Typically, Pest companies explain the process and give you a list of the pesticides they use, explain what they are going to do in advance and how you should proceed after. On the back of their card, they also guarntee their work. This company did none of the above, and I have more spiders, bugs, and whatever was in my bed is worse than before they came out. Also, he signed the service agreement, not me.
