Only one was $150, and the other was $350, guaranteed for six months. He mentioned he would spray my hardwood floors, but then he did not. I was confused. He did not check my mattress. Instead, he sprayed my comforter and sheets, which I found odd. One would think you would remove the sheets and spray the bed, not the sheets you are sleeping in. I received no instructions. There were no follow-up instructions. Leo told me to give it 2-3 weeks. I kept getting bitten by these bugs, and now, five weeks later have spiders and bugs and am worse off than before. I still vacuum every day. I have tried to contact this company five times, and they never returned a phone call. I am out $350.00. Typically, Pest companies explain the process and give you a list of the pesticides they use, explain what they are going to do in advance and how you should proceed after. On the back of their card, they also guarntee their work. This company did none of the above, and I have more spiders, bugs, and whatever was in my bed is worse than before they came out. I have been a past TruGreen customer, I did not want another run with horrible customer service from the home visits to local management. Paxton responded with his services and specifically set up a program for what I needed and requested for my lawn. Precision offers different 'Step' programs, 4,5 or 6; mowing, aeration, grub control and other services. Precision used Advanced Turf Solutions for applications, a Michigan Based Fertilizer Company. Which I feel is a positive effect for Michigan lawns. Compared to other companies, Precision is very competitive and beats larger less reputable providers by 40%. Paxton did what he said he would do, showed up at the scheduled time and continuously kept me informed of his arrival. I wanted to meet Paxton for his first visit to walk the yard, confirm my lawn needs and hear about him and his company which I learned has a Noble History. Our first service included aeration, over-seeding and 1 of 6 step fertilizer applications. I have a high slope and shady yard with thick and thin areas. My goal is to even out my yard.
