They have alot of storage units and seem to have no problem getting people to rent them. Ive had my unit for 2 years. They have the normal sizes to choose from. I have the smallest unit they offer. We put our stuff in and haven't had any issues with anyone breaking into it or anything. We didn't have to put down a security deposit, which was kinda nice. Almost everywhere else does req. one. Our payment is due on the 1st. They give us to the 10th to pay. What bothers me, is that from time to time we had to pay after the 10th. And it didn't matter what reason we were late they automatically changed us a $10 late fee and a $10 lock fee(for having to pad lock our unit for not paying). Even if the 10th falls on a weekend and you call first thing Monday morning to pay, they still charge you. We have NEVER got a break on the fees. Which yes I know I'm late, but things happen. Oh, and they charge a $2 fee to pay over the phone:(
They definitely get their security deposit money from you by charging all kinds of fees. Overall I guess thats how they stay in business. But I will say they do have some cool pens you can take when you make your payment at their location. If I had the time and energy, I'd move our stuff some where else. But until we get a shed or a bigger house I'm stuck with them. read more
