Inspiring; Wonderfully made, describes the work ethic and results delivered, by: All Pro Roofing & Siding Inc. Finest workmanship, timeless design. Steven and his team arrived prior to 8am. Ready to get things done, well prepared. Fully equipped with roofing materials. The men went right to work. They did entirely new roofing, with layers of high quality materials. Built to protect, made to last for generations. The hardworking men, got as much done as possible within several hours. They are serious, diligent, focused and thorough. In the afternoon, I said "They're already done!?" With the beauty and brightness shining in from the new skylights they did, I said "Wow, praise the Lord!" New shingles on the roof, and rain leaks stopped, resolved. All Pro Roofing & Siding Inc., really did justice! Their time and consideration is very much appreciated. Before they left, shortly before 7pm, the yard items and plants were put back in place. They cleaned up the area nicely. Thorough, neat, well done. It was still bright enough outside to enjoy and appreciate the view, of the newly transformed roof, completed! For many years, Steven; his company, have blessed the community/tri-state area, with their service. It shows in the results in all they do. They specialize in roofing and siding, including, their other services (flat roofs, asphalt shingles, repairs, hot asphalt, rubber roofing, attic ventilation systems, chimney flashing, modified bitumen, epdm flat roofs, gutters and leaders, nailite shake, windows, doors, soffit and fascia, snow removal). When Steven makes an agreement and says: "I will do my best for you." He really means what he says. Consistent excellence. Choosing All Pro Roofing & Siding, Inc. is the best decision. Ive sent 4 emails and 3 voicemails, i also sent a message in fb and the guy called me back flipping out on me that they don't have time to respond to every message and that my deck that is falling apart is not a priority for him right now, mind you hes getting his money through my hoa since hes contracted. I hope you all stay clear of this company. There are definitely better ones out there. I am in shock with the way they talk to people and represent themselves. They should be mortified. All i have been asking for is a response, a timeline, SOMETHING in a sense of responsiveness. I think 5 months of leniency is appropriate to now be super frustrated. I just want this repaired as my hoa contract states is approved. When the vendor came out on 12/31 the experience was great, quick and we were excited to go forward, but then radio silence.
