We went out later on Wednesday and disengaged to open manually and could not get the door to reengage so we contacted them immediately Wednesday afternoon and requested a return to show us why it would not reengage. They returned today (Friday) and and got the door to reengage and then charged another service charge of $75. This was unacceptable customer service It took the crew less than 5 minutes to reengage door. The guys that came were polite and did their job well however management lost a customer forever. Darren communicated with me regarding arrival time and promptly went to work. He answered the additional questions I had and gave great information. He did great work and adjusted my garage door opener to work better with the new springs. The price was very reasonable and I will use All Purpose Garage Doors again if the need arises. If I decide to convert to a new spring system, I will most definitely have Darren with All Purpose Garage Doors to the work. Discovered yesterday that our garage door opener could no longer open our garage door; the door was…read morecausing too much resistance. Called first thing this morning and Morgan was out by 11:00. Lubricated moving parts, fixed a couple of broken hinges, tightened the opener chain, replaced a frayed cable that would have caused a problem when it eventually broke. Called several times starting in March, most of the time it would go to voice mail or just ring. Finally the owner Mark told me in April it would be another 3 weeks. I called in May (3 weeks later) again no answer or voice mail. The technician text me and said the door was never ordered and my $ would be refunded.
