When I first started going to affordable dentures in Lima I would have given 5 stars. That all changed after they got my money! In dec 2020, I went and had all of my upper and lowers extracted and temp dentures. After about 4 weeks the dentures didn't fit, so I went in for a soft reline. They told me come back in April for a soft reline. I called and made an appointment in April. Waited a month for the appointment. Drove an hour there to be told they forgot to call me and that their dentist quit. I then rescheduled for the next week. The night before they called and left a message stating that they don't do soft relines at that time and needed to reschedule my appointment. I have been calling and keep getting a recorded message. I have left my number etc. Nothing! Now it is time for my hard reline and still can't get an appointment. Now I have dentures I can't wear. They are huge and don't even begin to fit. They won't do the work I paid over $4000 for and I'm running around with no teeth. Absolutely horrible!!! read more

I liked this practice when I started but they have an acting dentist now and a different receptionist. I have never met the dentist so I assume he is good. The receptionist is not. I had a 9:00 appointment. I called when I arrived at the parking lot. I was told there were 2 before me. I waited until 10:00 and then called the receptionist again. I was told there were 2 before me. I assumed there had been an emergency and therefore they were running late. I offered to reschedule so they could catch up. She said it was up to me. I rescheduled for the following week at 9:00. I got there called to tell her I was in the parking lot and was told there were 2 before me. I waited 45 minutes then called again. I was told there were 2 before me. I told her my appointment was for 9:00. She told me there were 2 in front of me and I would have to wait. She hung up on me. I went inside told her who I was. I asked her if she understood the concept of an appointment. I was speaking in a soft voice. She was not. She told me she would call the police. I said to go for it. At that point there were 2 women watching this take place. One said to me you did nothing wrong. The other one said I have been videoing this. I stood at the counter while she did something at her desk and then I asked to speak with the business manager. It appeared to anger her so she called the police again. She then came around the counter got within 6 inches of my face raised her hand at me and said don't you get in my face. I had immediately taken a step back. She then went outside to speak with the police. I don't know what she said. But one of the women from inside said to the policeman that it was all a lie and they had the video to prove it. I spoke with the officer told him what happened and he said my story jived with what the witnesses said and the video showed. I have now transferred to Ft Wayne affordable dentists. One of the witnesses said that she too had been hung up on by this receptionist. While this was occurring a total of 4 people came inside because they were also waiting for their late appointments. One lady was concerned because she was going to be late for work. This was a good place but because of this receptionist it is terrible. Do not go there. Nancy bushong read more

I went here to get a denture. I felt Dr and the staffs were concerned more of my well being than trying to make more money. The staffs and a doctor were so nice explaining all the details as to why I should not get a denture at this point. They recommended me a dentist instead. read more
