I had two implants between 2017-2020. One implant became painful and loosened. I returned to Affordable Dental and the doctor told me that Affordable Dental backed their work no matter what and that there would not cost me anything. The same doctor then informed me that a different doctor from Affordable installed the problem implant and that it would not be covered. This was complete turnaround during the same visit. My trust in Affordable and backing their work went from a 10 to a zero. read more

I am a patient of affordable dentures and implants in Greenville Rhode island. PEASE do not go there if you want dental service. The product seems to be a one fits all and then they are adjusted. I have had 5 adjustments....they still do not fit properly. Calls are not returned. Patients are rushed to save time and get more clients. I am very uncomfortable. Rescheduled my appointment an hour early one day before the appointment day. Show up at the new appointment time and had to wait a half an hour ? Very disrespectful of peoples time. On top of their ignorance. You cant use your cell phone in the office to read or quietly entertain yourself. Phone calls i understand. The sign says cell phone. Not phone calls. There is no music or tv to relax to within the office. You have to wear a mask inside the office. Ok. Yet she let a NON PATIENT walk right in to use the bathroom. Extremely unsanitary and gross. What dentist office allows strangers to walk in and use their bathrooms ? Certainly taking my business elsewhere. read more

I can't say enough about this place! I was told by numours other implant dentistrys that either they couldn't do it or they wanted to charge an astronomical amount to do the implant procedure. Affordable dentures not only could do this but they also were so so reasonable in cost! So far I have the implants and they are healing and in a few months I should be getting the rest of the procedure done. I can hardly wait! Everyone was nice but I was disappointed and even devastated to be told to wait another decade for implanted dentures and pay to fix all the issues I have now which are vast and very costly. Currently I have over half the teeth in my mouth that hurt often and a few that hurt near always and severely. I have 8 teeth that have not been worked on yet just those alone could run me 15k. Then we go back to the teeth that are supposedly fixed but still hurt and I have more than 15 teeth for an endo to check out and likely recommend RC for all of them. The cost of 15 RC and 15 crowns is around 30k. And there's no guarantee that the RC will fix that problem. Ive had 2 of them both failed within a week. Then that still doesn't address my severe overcrowding another 5k for braces. That still doesn't address the 3 teeth I'm already missing which you quoted 7k to replace. That's 57k total now with no guarantee for the work so anything that goes wrong more money out of my pocket. And even after all that I still won't have perfect teeth and could still be in pain. Or I get a nice implanted denture for way less money than that which at least means no more pain and no more dental expenses for awhile. I know there was concern over the future if I'd have enough bone to replace them if needed before I expire but with all this pain I'm thinking about how do I get through the next ten years not about when I'm 60. I can't keep popping pain killers for the next decade. I'm sure by then I won't care as much about appearance and I'd like to enjoy my life before I'm 60 need a new knee can't walk more than ten feet when my friends and family are still alive to visit. If I have to go to a regular denture then or even gum my food so be it. I didn't make this appt lightly I've been trying to fix my teeth and unfortunately only seem to be getting worse and more and more money is being asked of me I don't have. I've also been researching dentures and implants joined support groups for young people with dentures etc for months now. I've been putting off making that call for months hoping things would get better but after 18 months of dental pain and things only getting worse I finally resolved to schedule this appt. I'd hate to have to use my Medicaid disability insurance to extract my teeth bc to Medicaid if they need RC or Crowns they'd rather pull them and give you partials or flippers and then have no preset plan for replacement teeth and need additional surgeries to get the implanted dentures. I hope you reconsider and let me choose - if Medicaid would rather pay more for a prosthetic than to try to fix a tooth then it makes me wonder how high the success rate of these fixes can really be as essentially they are saying we won't take the risk that it fails even if it costs 3x less then the bridge we need to put it we'd rather just do the bridge and get it over with than even attempt to save that money by trying the RC and or crown. I'm not made of money either I can't take that risk especially on 15 teeth. read more

I am absolutely thrilled to have found this place. I accompanied a friend who had no idea where to even start looking for dental help. From our initial contact to our final visit the staff was very helpful and informative. There were no hidden costs or fees and they treated my friend with compassion and Consideration to his unique needs. All options were explained clearly and they didn't try to up sell unnecessary procedures or products. The office was spacious and clean and there was ample parking. I was very hesitant and skeptical as there is so much conflicting info out there about big dental chains (especially Affordable Dentures). I have to say that the staff here is absolutely fantastic! Dr Tammy Cliffords is so so sweet and caring. The assistants are all very nice too. No one tried to up-sell anything, they were great at explaining my options and going over everything in detail. The office itself is dated in decor but the equipment they use is new and they take great care in attention to detail- constantly changing gloves, cleaning/sterilizing. That was really important to me. I also want to note that you will likely have long wait times. It's inevitable. I've never not had to wait while going there but if you plan ahead and bring a book you should be okay. Using affordable dentures helped me save over $1k compared to other places and so it was well worth the wait. read more

in 2014, i had 16 teeth left. i had partials, but could not add teeth to them. i went to affordable dentures for full dentures. i was told that my teeth were too rooted. later that year one of my lower front teeth broke. i went back to have it extracted. that done, she asked anything else. i said full dentures. she sent me to their oral surgeon. they made the dentures and he did the extractions. i never looked back. a class operation. One of the best decisions I have ever made. I was pretty nervous about my big appointment and I had no reason to be. The staff here is fantastic and super friendly. The put you right at ease. I had full upper denture done and I couldn't be happier. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would probably not be doing much eating for a few weeks. That hasn't been the case st all. I've stuck to soft foods, cheese omelette , Mac and cheese. I had a hot dog,no roll with some baked beans on day two. I had a little pain day one but I took a pain pill and I've had very little pain since. Today I took my denture out for first time and was pretty nervous about getting it back in but no problem at all. This whole process couldn't have been easier. Don't hesitate any longer, just do it.
