As far as the work they do, the staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Ryan makes sure to talk you through every little thing he does. I love this office and will refer everyone to them 1,000 times over. The community is very lucky to have an office like this.

I actually tried two other dentists when I first moved to Maplewood, they didn't give me the level of service I was accustomed to, so I kept driving to Eagan. Until now... It was easy to schedule an appointment at Hendrickson. On the actual day of I had a conflict come up, they managed to still squeeze me in same day. I received a super cute welcome bag of goodies on arrival, and didn't wait long at all afterwards to be seen. The dental assistant was super personable, as well as Dr. Cha who did my exam. They were both so friendly and genuine, I felt comfortable, and well cared for. Dr. Cha razzed me quite a bit cause I don't consistently floss...yeah, yeah, I know. He spent a good amount of time playfully drilling it into me, although he did admit my gums were very healthy, so winning there! But I have now been flossing everyday since my appointment. I appreciated the time he took to make sure I understand the importance. He also told me I could remove some white spots on a couple of my teeth that I was told may not be done before, so I'm excited to be back for that. I received a thank you card from the office a few days later. WOW! I've found my new dental office, I love the service standards here.

When I got a second opinion, I didn't need any of what he was trying to scare me into getting. He got irritated when I said I simply couldn't afford it. He pushes root canals when they aren't needed. Dr. Pariseau and her team of dental all stars suddenly have me singing a new tune. Lordy, Lordy, I AM a convert! I was long overdue for a trip to the dentist and have been putting it off because of past exposure to the vicious ministrations of dental professionals that left me feeling plundered and bereft. Plus, I was embarrassed because it's been awhile since my last visit. But now that my daughter has a few chompers of her own, I knew I couldn't put it off anymore. I don't want to be *that* mom. At my initial consultation I met with the doctor so she could examine and x-ray my mouth and set forth a treatment plan. Dr. Pariseau is not like any other dentist I've ever met. She is gentle and straightforward and incredibly likeable. And so is her assistant. I didn't have any cavities (yay!) so I can't speak on that but she did order a deep-cleaning which I thought sounded positively terrifying. But now that I've gone through it I can say with authority that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The hygienist was surprisingly nice and like everyone else who works in their small office, easy to like. Dental hygienists I've met in the past have basically been the grown-up versions of the nastiest, meanest girl you remember from your school days. Fortunately that was not the case with Mary! She was also really good about explaining the process and keeping me informed about the steps she was taking and periodically asking me how I was doing during the process. She also gave me a local anesthetic which made the cleansing, flossing and polishing much less traumatic than I ever remember it being. And even though I did experience some discomfort after the anesthesia wore off, by the next morning my mouth was more okay than I expected it to be, albeit a little tender. Technically my dental insurance considers this office out of network but thanks to the knowledge and expertise of the office manager, I found out that I could still come here for treatment and have my insurance cover about 80% of the work. And she submitted the claims for me--talk about service! So if you're looking for a new dentist, I can't recommend Dr. Pariseau and her staff enough. Every single one of them is professional and caring. And for the first time in my life I can go to the dentist without my knees knocking together and my teeth chattering. It's a great feeling!

They closed their doors and left all their clients hanging. So much for that "Lifetime Guarantee" they advertised as an incentive to lure you in. Now there is "new ownership" identified as Stacked Smiles who in their introduction letter announced that many of the services that Renew had in the Lifetime Guaranteed may now have costs associated with them. If you see Renew Dental (Implants) when searching for this type of need, run the other way as fast as you can.

They send out 16 hours prior to appointment and then state you need to contact them 24 hours before hand to cancel or be charged. Also the phone system doesn't tell you their hours. So when you call waiting to talk someone it continues to ring or press 1 to leave a message. 80% of time that message is never returned. Dentist told me to come in for another service and front desk told me no. 4 months later they requested I be seen by the dentist.

I did confirm the appointment the Monday before and have the call logged in my phone. At 6:50 a.m. the day of the appointment I was offered a spot at 7:30 a.m. but was unable to make that appointment as I have three special needs children who get on the bus at that time. Eventually the clinic manager called to let me know that they can provide me with a phone number for other clinics and I can try to schedule an appointment there. Mistakes happen and people are human but the fact that the clinic did not even offer to call around to fix the problem they caused shows a persistent issue with regard to concern for patients.

Total bill well over 7000, with insurance they said they accepted, accordong to my receipt, insurance paid for about 100$ of care when my insurance plan claims it would pay for up to 50 percent of services like xrays, cleaning, fillings. When crown became so painful that i cant chew or close my mouth, told i would have to pay out of pocket (again) since my insurance expired. Ran out of numbing agent during teeth scaling, had an open nerve rinsed with water which caused excruciating pain. Wish i went anywhere else but here.
