We took our purchases to the register and there were no employees and a line of customers at the register. Finally she came out from the back room. She told us the sign was in the wrong place. Took our item and put it back on the same shelf and put the same sign right next to it again. Update 8-1-22. It has now been over a week since I submitted my complaint on their website. I have email to follow up several times in still have not heard from anyone. On Friday I reached out to Christy at the corporate offices and left a voicemail. She never called back either. Today I tried to get in contact with Mr. Woody (Steve) Woodward the CEO. Let's hope someone responds soon.

"It will take 7-10 days", this is their standard bull**** explanation. July goes by, August, Septembe, October... it had been so long we kind of forgot about it. We began calling, emailing customer service back in November. Numerous calls, emails, nothing. I finally reached out to them on 1/4 on Twitter and asked where the refund was. Again, this isn't $5-10, this was almost $200. They researched and said it would be refunded in 7-10 (that's their favorite numbers) days. No expediting, no we will fedex it to you because we F'd up and would like to keep your business, nope... We will send it snail mail. 2 weeks later it's still not here. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? Unless you hate yourself, don't shop here.

Got a confirmation mail that they arrived and when I get to Kirkland's 2 days later no one can find my purchases. After about 30 minutes The cashier told me I should call customer service to which my response was that she or someone else should since email clearly told me it was shipped to the store. At this point the manager stepped in and went in the back and checked and then called customer service. This took another 15 minutes The end result being that there was a mess up. The email never should've been sent to me to because items were never sent to the store so I was told to go home and wait a few days and call back. Now I have to say that the manager handled this well because she did in fact tell me she would call when it was in And she did. So I have no complaints with the management, just Kirklands methodologies in communication and shipping. And I probably would've given this two stars because the manager did try to help but I got really annoyed when I got a major item home and when I went to hang it the hanging materials were not attached to the item as indicated in both the packaging and the email. I'm Done with online- ship to store ordering. Anything I decide to purchase from Kirkland's in the future will only occur on the infrequent times I'm in the area.

A nice lady at the store recommended to use my online account in order to get points. Great idea, and that's where all the problems started. I receive emails and text messages from the company, so my account clearly exists. However, after creating an online account, I was never able to log in. I tried everything: different browsers, incognito mode, and resetting my password multiple times. The password reset always worked successfully, yet I still could not access my account. Today, I called customer service and spent a long time on the phone with a representative who tried to help. In the end, she said she was "not IT" and abruptly ended the call. She mentioned that I could call back and speak to someone else if the issue continues -- and the issue does continue. I'm hesitant to call again, as I don't expect the next representative to be "IT" either. After researching this problem online, I found many complaints from other customers reporting similar website glitches. This raises concerns about reliability and security and makes online shopping feel uncomfortable. It's disappointing that Kirkland's hasn't invested in better website software, especially given how appealing their products are. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I'm giving up on shopping with this store. Too bad, Kirkland's -- this could have been so much better.

They have a lot of unique items here. We ended up getting all our new Christmas decor from here. We were buying little hanging wreaths for our dining room chairs, but they were two short of the number we needed. The employees were super helpful with going back into their storage and finding two more for us. There is also an app you can download that gives you a random coupon to use each time you visit. This is a really cute store.

We went on a Saturday afternoon it was sooooo busy. A line coming in the store and a line going out. I was comparing them to Sam's to see if it was better or worse. Unfortunately, it's a wash for me. They both have their strong points. Costco has a great meat selection, things I haven't seen at Sam's. Their bakery has lots of thing l would like to try. The prices are are about the same. But Costco is a little bigger, a little more to choose from. Only thing I didn't like was the crowd, just too many people. I felt rushed the whole time I was there. I even asked the cashier is it busy because it's Saturday and she said "No! It's busy everyday". I must say, the lines moved pretty fast. Because of the crowd I didn't look around as much as I would have liked too, but i did like the store. I'll definitely go back when I'm rested and have my sneakers on! We stopped to get a snack at the food court. You can go up and pay at the counter or use the kiosk which is faster to get your food. We just got a hot dog and soda for $1.50 (great buy). I'll take more pictures next time I go. Costco is open: Mon - Thurs 10-8:30pm Sat - 9:30 - 6pm Sun - 10 - 6 pm

The mall is fairly big, with two floors, carrying a lot of familiar brand stores, and even ones that I'm sure some have never heard of. The interior has a modern look, which I'm sure had its renovation done a couple or several years back, but adds up looking clean and nice. It's in no condition of being a dead mall, despite there being a couple of closed stores, specifically anchor stores that don't exist anymore (pretty much all malls these days). The food court has a number to offer, with some of its usual eateries and a couple of ones that will blow your mind. Plenty of tables are provided to fit many people. For restaurants, there are Red Robin, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Muldoon's Steakhouse & Pub, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. I wouldn't mind coming back to this mall, but won't be anytime soon due to how far I am.

We were so excited to see these machines as they had genuine limited gachapon straight from Japan! The price to play each machine ranges from 4 to 5 tokens and each token is $1. This is quite expensive but for the experience I'd say it's worth trying once or twice! If you're an anime fan, they had quite a bit of gachapon from popular animes like demon slayer, spy x family and dragon ball z. There is a machine that accepts cash or card which will give you the tokens to play. We also found a cool cotton candy maker vending machine near the food court but it was super expensive, I believe $10 or so for one and the machine itself didn't look very well kept. All in all, had a fun experience here!
