I have previously successfully purchased from their Bensalem, Pa. location, but realized this store in Hamilton was actually faster to reach. Inside, both retail spaces look identical. Row upon row of sample curtains in various sizes and colors. Signs directing where to find their available stock in the house. Hardware against one wall. A few women patrolling the aisles to help wayward consumers. Not much on sparkling personalities, but they know where everything is, and how much of what is in inventory. Prices are discounted compared to the big boxes on the highway. If they don't have what you want in stock, they will order it for you over the phone as you wait, and it will be shipped to their store within days for pick up. We found what we were looking for to cover one of our kitchen windows, purchased the needed hardware, and walked out only paying $27. That seemed very reasonable to me. I already had the tools for the job, so we installed the brackets, rods and grummet - topped and lined curtain in about 30 minutes. Feels good to be a successful handyman. Especially, on my day off.

I did not like how they looked once on, I was going to return and look for them in another color. The lady at the register did not even acknowledge me when I walked in the store, nor did any one else. She says " You opened them all." And I said yes, I wanted to see what they looked like in my house. She saw one dog hair on the first curtain and refused to take them back. I said I will pull off the dog hair it is just one dog hair, she wouldn't let me and she said that I couldn't clean it there in the store. Their return policy is posted on the wall of the store and I was clearly within my time limit as I purchased on Saturday and came in the following Tuesday. Also while I was there originally buying no one offered to help me at any point even though they had a lot of salespeople on the floor. I saw a customer stop a clerk to ask for help and she was walked by and completely ignored.

    Dear Itodo: I am…read morewriting to formally address the poor service I received at your Langhorne, PA location. As a customer and sales professional, I expect professionalism and accountability--neither of which I experienced. In July, I ordered shutters for my living room, only to discover gaps on both sides and rust forming on the frame after installation. I reported this immediately, and you the store manager, assured me the issue would be addressed. Despite this, I was repeatedly met with delays and a lack of communication. On August 4th, I placed another order for dining room shutters and scheduled the installer to fix the original problem on August 16th. I took a day off work for this, only to learn the day before that the installer was on his honeymoon--a detail that Itodo should have been aware of well in advance. To make matters worse, when I sought to cancel my second order due to this mismanagement, I was told it was non-refundable because it was a custom order--a policy that was never disclosed to me. Your offer of $150 in compensation is inadequate given the time, frustration, and lost wages I have endured. I am requesting a full refund for my order and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
