He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

The trees have not been trimmed in 5 plus years, debris everywhere, irrigation issues at every property address (5 properties next to each other, more than 20 trees, hedges, falling limbs from the trees- you name it, this property had it.... ) Andrew not only gave me a reasonable bid, he went above and beyond to address my concerns whenever I raised them during the cleanup process. I was being told from other companies that they needed 3 months to get the properties to a place where curb appeal is looking good. Andrew and his team did that in 3 weeks. The amount of fallen leaves that were piled in the planters, dumpster areas, and the lawn had not been cleaned up since September- it was a lot in conjunction with broken sprinklers, irrigation lines that were half missing, and trees that needed to be removed in their entirety- Andrew and his team handled this like true professionals.
