The onion rings are also as amazing as everything else. I particularly like the type of batter they use that is all one unit rather than like Panko that gets everywhere and falls apart. In all this is comfort food, and definitely high calorie (the items I'm reviewing, I don't know about salads, lighter,fare, or anything like that) and will have to be viewed as a once in a while treat if I don't want to have to buy larger pants. If you are looking for something really satisfying and want a good fresh meal that wakes up every single tastebud, I would recommend these guys. I also have to say it feels like the owners themselves made the food, and maybe they did. I got so much good information and help from her! Pick up was easy, and the trays were beautiful and packed full. Chicken skewers, veggies, olives, fruit, and deviled eggs. We laid them out for the cocktail hour and the guests basically devoured everything. I was lucky to get fruit for the wedding couple. I heard it was all delicious. Even the planner and venue owner were amazed. Amazed at how beautiful the trays were and amazed at how fast they went. I will definitely order from this company again. Then of course the world got hit by the Coronavirus epidemic. Our cruise is to be cancelled and it's very unlikely the reunion will be at full capacity or if it will happen at all.
