The cheese sauce was super tasty and spread evenly through out the meat. The veggies and meat are cooked well, and have a nice char to them. Customer service was excellent. The owner Kaleb is super friendly, and he had another employee with him that was also very nice. They sometimes have free ice cream bars for kids, which is such a kind gesture! There are a few other menu items besides the cheesesteak, but that's really what this truck is known for! Though I've heard the burgers are also good & will be giving it a try as well. The class was 3…read morehours long, roughly 90 minutes of cooking and 90 minutes of socializing, eating our amazingness and hanging out while the food cooked, etc. I did a pasta class. It was so much fun to learn how to make pasta from scratch, sauce from scratch and an appetizer. Classes are 12 people, our specific one broke into 3 groups of 4. It was such a great experience and so much fun. I look forward to booking another class!

I will start with one LARGE event for the company during Christmas. There was a communication error from our side to theirs where they brought it all buffet style, I'm talking for 80-100 people. We called a little frustrated but sure enough Heather came to the rescue. She rushed to get plates and back to individually scoop and box every item made to order. In the face of what could have been a company pushing back on us she busted her behind to make it right. That was when I just fell in love with them. The second time was when I was in a bind and called on a Thursday afternoon needing food for a small board meeting Tuesday. Heather once again said SURE I can make that work and threw together the most delicious Shrimp and Chicken Rustic Penne that blew the board away. They are wonderful and the food is delicious and packed perfectly.... You will absolutely HANDS DOWN not regret using this catering company and Heather is a true aficionado of customer service!!!!!
