She decorated the land beautifully with flowers, had choice of two arbors, already set up for the outdoor ceremony. Then nearby slightly down a gentle hill was a huge tent that can hold 140 comfortably. There is electricity provided, so DJ was good to go. The tent was grass floor so be aware of this with heels ! Gorgeous bridal bungalow , quaint grooms quarters, and has flushing toilets / outhouse . The main parking for guests is a small walk in a grassy lot, but those in bridal party and whoever's mobility is impaired can park right up close to the reception and outdoor ceremony area. Very happy we chose The Studio and Shalem to do a…read moreprofessional portfolio of images to submit to South High School's Yearbook 20/21. You set an appointment and Shalem does a thorough interview. Very consultative asking our daughter's likes, hobbies, and then walks through clothing preferences and goes through various ideas you have for sites and gets a feel for what you want want to express to others with your photos. Our daughter spent a lot of time studying in coffee shops so that was where we decided one shoot would be. Another shoot was in a marshy area, surrounded by nature, weather was a factor as it can be in September and October, so we did part of the session the next day when weather improved and we chose modern and natural settings. Be prepared with 5 or so outfits, and water boots. You're going to trek to a location in woods or streams if that's what you want. So be prepared! He encourages friends or family to join you to bring clothes, snacks and items you may use as a prop. She had her older sister and boyfriend with her. Now we wait a week or so till pictures are sorted and the best are pulled and we'll meet for final review and purchase. They sell their pictures A-La-Carte. So you have options of sizes, etc. and you can buy the copyrights too. Shalem has been here for around 8 years and was very word of mouth. Not anymore you're now in the Yelpasphere! Welcome! A couple years ago my dear friend, Cherie, started her own photography business. At first, I didn't think I would be able to utilize Cherie's talent- she started off specializing in family/children - I didn't really have either. But what I did have was a wedding! DLP had not yet branched into the wild and crazy world of wedding photography, but considering Cherie was on the guest list I didn't hesitate to say yes when she asked is she could shoot pics at the wedding to start a portfolio! Now, I did already have a wedding photographer- so in the end I lucked out and had two great shooters at the wedding! While I love the work of the photographer I hired, I have to say, my favorite pics were taken by Cherie with DLP! I had a very laid back, back yard wedding with close friends and family. My husband and I wanted to spend minimal time shooting formal pics and were looking for more candids than anything. Cherie totally delivered!
