He wanted to replace the struts, but didn't want to charge me any more money because he wasn't exactly sure if that was the problem. So he came out again replaced the struts. That didn't work. He said it could be a spot weld that needs re-welded or the ring is shot. Neither is worth fixing since we can buy a new washer for that amount. Mr Appliance didn't charge us any more money. They did right by me and I wish this was a 5 star but one employee needs to learn to keep his ears open to listen to customers and not voicing his opinions. Thanks again for making it right.
