I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

In two separate paid visits now, the "follow-up" appointments to check their work that THEY INITIATE get canceled. This last time, they rescheduled SIX TIMES, all last minute, after the time they were supposed to have shown up, or without any warning at all other than a "reschedule text" later. Do NOT pay your invoice after that first visit until you actually KNOW the problem has been solved, because the "free" follow-up appointments have been canceled last minute way too many times. And this was with written acknowledgement that the job had not been completed. I will share their "understanding" and empathetic "we're standing you up again" template here. Considering they started repeating excuses, I'm surprised they didn't accidentally send me the template itself: "Good morning, [customer]. We sincerely apologize for the [short notice, confusion, inconvenience]. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to your service has informed us that he is [sick, injured, forgot ladder, custom]. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control. Would you be available to reschedule your appointment on [Mon-Fri] (##/##) between ##:## and ##:## [am/pm]. Please let us know if this works for you, or kindly share your availability. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Honoring their appointments is NOT outside of their control. It's baffling a service provider would write this -- I will help translate: "We make one attempt at a job and then invoice you, stand you up multiple times for our advertised and self-initiated follow-up appointments, and then straightfaced gaslight you over text. I asked him to come by on a day I am home as I am not comfortable with people being at my property/house when I am not. He said he will just get permission from the landlord since she paid the bill. Why would a person/company not respect such a simple request? I feel awful that my landlord paid this amount of money for literally nothing but a headache. I wish i can put 0* here. I have rodent issue in my backyard and i found out this company on google…read morereview, wish i would have checked yelp before hand. The initial assigned person promised how their bait and strategy is advanced and even have a entire village built to test the poison bait, DO NOT TRUST any of that. I paid $100/month not including several hundreds of dollars in the initial service, all they did is come and replace bait station, when asked to do more to put it under control, the only thing they did is to put snap trap inside the station, nothing more after that. they killed probably 6(visible ones) or so rodents through half year of service, i did that myself within a week with snap trap and poison. Then winter came, the rodent activity got worse, got like 8 rat holes and a collapsed stone tiles. And i told them i saw a rat peaking outside the hole the other day, and the onsite dude told me it could be anything, and if i don't take a picture of it, they wouldn't trust what i said. i mean i subscribed them for the exact service and there are holes all over a corner of my fence, do i look like i subscribed and paid $100/month for fun? Most of all, this is no way to talk to a customer, it takes years to build a trust, and only 1 second to destroy. I was willing to give them 1-2 month to give them one more try, but the dude just told me i should cancel it which i did. and the dude ended up taking away all my bait stations, including ones i owned myself, i thought i paid hundred of dollars in the initial service to get those bait station and baits and $100 per month for those. This is a company that you pay money to them for a service, and they spend more time telling you what you need to do than do it them.
