They convinced me that I was fit for a lead position in Fontana so I went in for an "in person" interview and they had me do a whole new application on paper. that's just off. I did it anyway. And as soon as I was done with everything they dropped a bomb on me asking me if I'm certified forklift operator through OSHA. Who in the world does that now a days. I've been a forklift driver for many years and this is the first time I've ever heard this. Typically the company certifies you through them! So I wasted all that time and they didn't want to give me an important tip of it all. They know that it's difficult to find someone with that certification. Because I don't know ANYBODY who has that certification through out my 10 plus years in forklifting. So make sure to point that out before wasting time with this unorganized agency. They don't care about your time. They care more about their compensation.
