The assistant told me that her boss informed her I had to go get change, sorry not my job. After taking the first test, I received a low score, and when I attempted the second test, I waited 15 minutes for the results only to encounter a glitch in the system. I ended up wasting over an hour of my time. Given the poor service and lack of consideration for customers' time, I decided not to pay and left feeling very frustrated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Be careful applying for this company. First off they don't tell you where their exact location is…read more They had me do two portions of an application that they sent in via text message. They convinced me that I was fit for a lead position in Fontana so I went in for an "in person" interview and they had me do a whole new application on paper. that's just off. I did it anyway. And as soon as I was done with everything they dropped a bomb on me asking me if I'm certified forklift operator through OSHA. Who in the world does that now a days. I've been a forklift driver for many years and this is the first time I've ever heard this. Typically the company certifies you through them! So I wasted all that time and they didn't want to give me an important tip of it all. They know that it's difficult to find someone with that certification. Because I don't know ANYBODY who has that certification through out my 10 plus years in forklifting. So make sure to point that out before wasting time with this unorganized agency. They don't care about your time. They care more about their compensation.
